"Everything was great for our stay. We stayed a month. Condo had most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked good. Condo was clean and check in went smoothly which was great because we arrived at 4 am it was wonderful waking up to that beautiful view everyday. Communication with the host was also great they responded quickly to any thing we needed. Would definitely stay again."

"We chose this property because it was close to our son and his family. We were hoping they would stay with us to give them a mini-vacation, but they did not want to sleep on a sofa bed. Kevin was very accommodating when we called him for some essentials (propane tank for grill) and brought what we asked for plus some grilling utensils. "Property was neat and clean. Everything was as listed in the ad. Rooftop had nice views. (2nd bathroom is upstairs but not an issue). Unit had beach chairs, dominoe tables, buggy for the beach, grill- everything you need for a great beach stay. My only drawback was I had difficulty getting in the unit but it turns out that an email with details was sent but I never got it. I had an issue with the power on our last day but I text and she immediately responded and gave me an update of the issue which give anyone the confidence of how responsible she is.
