Shipwright @ The Offshore House

Shipwright is one of three modern and brand- new spaces designed to provide guests with all the comforts of home. The three rooms are part of a bigger house (The Offshore House) that is currently undergoing renovations and will be ready for rentals later this year.

To access the room, there is a private hall entrance and each room has a coded door lock. Once inside, you will find a king bed with soft nautical linens and plush pillows making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. At the other end is a sectional couch and a large wall mounted smart TV that can be seen from the bed or sofa. Bring your favorite TV app credentials to watch as there are no local channels available.

The room is equipped with an efficiency kitchen allowing you to prepare coffee, toast or other easy appetizers if you choose to stay in. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig Coffee machine, utensils and basic dishware.

The private bath is spacious and sparkling clean, featuring a large walk in shower, mirror, bathroom heat lamp and great lighting. Fresh towels and hand soap are provided but don't forget to bring your personal toiletries.

There is a shared laundry room (shared by the two other rooms) just down the hall that has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board as well as laundry soap for your convenience.

Our location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area without being in the hustle of the harbor traffic. Located near the rotary, guest can walk to the farmers market on Thursdays or to some of the best fried fish houses in town. We are also a very short drive to the Botanical Gardens and nature preserves.

Seabed, Solitude or Shipwright are fantastic options for anyone seeking a modern, comfortable and convenient location to rest your head while exploring all the treasures of Boothbay Harbor and beyond.
Respect your neighbors, quiet time at 8pm - 8am.

Remove your laundry from washer and dryer so others can use the machines.

Please be sure to properly wash dishes with soap and hot water.

Bag trash and bring out to the trash barrel next to white fence.

Great Stay

Clean, neat, short hop to Boothbay. Perfect for couple. Very safe as well. Neighborhood is not picturesque… not important to us. Only small, small picky note: heat was too high for us at night without ability to regulate. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our needs; door to room really needs a seal strip of some sort to block the light and sound from the hallway; darkening shades on all the windows would also be good. The outdoor light is very bright.

We had a great stay at this property and Lindsey the host was wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean and newly renovated. The bed very comfortable. When visiting Boothbay Harbor, you are going to be outside for most of the day, but it was always nice to return to The Offshshore House. We look forward to staying here again when visiting Boothbay Harbor in the future.
