The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, while the sunken living area provides a comfortable spot to unwind after a day of exploring the coast.

Attached to the home by the open deck is a separate space affectionately known as the `Ice Castle`. With a comfortable office space, it offers a quiet spot to work, read, enjoy a morning coffee, or simply take in the beautiful views. Surrounding by windows and overlooking the Sheepscot, the `Ice Castle` is a unique bonus space that adds a bit of privacy.

Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.

This property is dog-friendly. Reservations are subject to a $200 nonrefundable pet fee upon booking.

Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation without prior approval.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
• Up to two (2) pets are permitted with prior approval. A non-refundable $200 pet fee applies per reservation. Guests traveling with a pet must notify Sea Maine Vacation Rentals prior to arrival so we can confirm approval. Pets arriving without prior approval are considered unauthorized and are subject to a minimum $500 unauthorized pet fee, additional cleaning or damage charges, and may result in cancellation of the reservation. ADA-compliant service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
