WELCOME TO WOLF RIDGE LODGE!
Nestled just outside Boone, this charming cabin and apartment offer sweeping mountain views and the perfect retreat for large families and groups. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Boone, you'll have easy access to Appalachian State University, local restaurants, shopping, and events. Within a 30-minute drive, explore top attractions like Appalachian Ski Mountain, Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park, Tweetsie Railroad, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and High Gravity Adventures Zip Line and Aerial Park.

Wolf Ridge Lodge features a spacious main house with four bedrooms, a large open living space, and a lower-level family room. An apartment above the garage provides additional accommodations, including its own bedroom, kitchen, and a private deck. The property is perfect for families, with a swing set and a massive yard for kids to run and play. Relax on the expansive main-floor deck or gather around the fire pit in the evenings to enjoy stunning sunsets. During snowy winter visits, the hill/driveway transforms into a fun sledding slope!

Main House
The great room welcomes you with high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, leather furniture, and a wall of windows showcasing breathtaking mountain views. The galley-style kitchen on the main floor is well-equipped with a dual-sided ceramic cooktop, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a double-basin sink. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area, ideal for shared meals and conversations.
Main Level Bedrooms:
Master bedroom with a King bed, private ensuite featuring a walk-in shower, and a jetted soaking tub.
A second King bedroom and a Queen bedroom share a hallway bathroom.
Lower Level:
The family room offers endless entertainment with a pool table, a comfortable sectional sofa around a big-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. A fully stocked second kitchen makes hosting a breeze.
Sleeping arrangements include a bunk room with a King bed and a Twin-over-Double bunk bed. The sectional sofa converts to a Queen bed, providing extra sleeping space.
Detached Apartment
Perfect for added privacy, the apartment above the garage includes:
A cozy living room with a pull-out Queen sofa.
A full kitchen.
A bedroom with a King bed and a full bathroom.
Outdoor Amenities
Kids will love the swing set and open yard for playing, complete with a disc golf goal, while adults can unwind by the fire pit or take in panoramic sunset views from the deck. Enjoy a soak in the 7 person hot tub on the back deck. Winter snow transforms the driveway into an exhilarating sledding hill, making Wolf Ridge Lodge a year-round destination.

Please note: The main house has mini-splits in the bedrooms and the main living area providing air conditioning and heat, as well as radiant floor heating and the apartment has central heating and cooling.
