    Description: Enjoy a beautiful view of mountain living from this rugged timber frame three- bedroom, three-bathroom downstairs condo located in Chalakee, within Echota Resorts. This condo features a covered front entry and rear deck with an amazing mountain view. The view can be admired from the deck or from the large picture windows in the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen features custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything to prepare a meal inside or outside on the built-in-gas grill. The living room is cozy and inviting with a cultured stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and a TV. The primary bedroom is spacious and inviting with a mountain view and TV. The primary bath is set up for relaxation with his and her sinks and a gorgeous tile shower. The guest rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated each with bathrooms attached. The bathrooms are upgraded with ceramic tile flooring. Stay for a weekend to relax or an extended period and enjoy all the High Country has to offer. This condo is on the bottom floor (downstairs) with an elevator. In case of power outages or elevator equipment malfunctions, the condo will be stair access only.

    Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

    Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Great location and overall a very pleasant stay. We only experienced a minor issue with hot water when three showers were used simultaneously, but it didn’t take away from the experience.

Absolute loved it! The pool and hot tubs are gorgeous! Very practical 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with nice deck and well stocked kitchen. Very close to a great restaurant and convenient to both Boone and Grandfather Mountain.

Great spot to stay with family! Kitchen has the bare minimum as far as supplies, bring any spices or extra supplies you may need to cook a meal if planning to cook! (I.e a pizza cutter and salt!)

Up in the mountains for an ASU game this cabin was a great experience. Beautiful view from the deck, well appointed and the complex has great amenities. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful Clean Condo Perfect for large families

We absolutely loved the condo. It was a nice surprise that there were 3 full bathrooms. We had all the kids and grandparents and we all had enough room. We did puzzles on the large dining table, cooked many meals. We loved the pool and hot tub areas as well as the gym areas. We cannot wait to return.

Beautiful mountaintop rental.

Overall, our stay was amazing. The location wax perfect! The only concerns were the stains on the primary room comforter, insufficient kitchen supplies and the porch was not cleaned. However, these minimal concerns wound not prevent us from returning again.

Wonderful visit!

We had a great time ringing in the New Years in this property! For several days we had our family of 5 and then my older parents came for a few nights. There was tons of room and each room had a bathroom which made it great! There was an elevator for my father who has bad knees. The view and porch were perfect and it was close to everything we needed, hikes, grocery, grandfather mountain, etc. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We had kids ranging in age 16-8 and it was perfect. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Winter getaway

This place was really nice. The only gripes were the gas logs were working which maintenance fixed but they stopped working again the next day and wouldn’t light. The TVs were too small and the kids room tv wasn’t a smart tv so the youngest kids were watching cable tv with very few if any kids channels. Other than that, we loved the place and it was better than the pictures which usually isn’t the case.

Check in and out process very easy. Great location and great view. The place could have been a little cleaner (master shower has some mold and place was a little dusty) but it was a great location and is definitely go back.

Great Location

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property! Short drives to Grandfather mountain, Linville caverns, tweetsie etc. The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us. This unit is on the first floor so you have limited view of the mountains due to a patch of small trees. Not a huge blow but would have been nice to stand on the balcony and see the mountains. Other than that great location.

Relax on the mountain

This property is lovely. Comfortable, clean, well supplied except for cooking knives and poor coffee pot. The deck is large with 2 rockers, a place to eat outside and a large grill. Highly recommended. It’s at the very top of the mountain. There is construction of new homes near by but it wasn’t a problem.

Loved hiking to Linville and cascade falls, near to price lake and kids loved the trout fishing ear y
