  • An amazing property with a 4 bedroom house on 36 private acres that is located on the New River in Boone, NC. We have all the amenities you could ask for in a VRBO. A quiet location with a beautiful deck where you can star gaze at night or head to the river for some fun. This house is newly remodeled and professionally decorated. Bring your family or friends and have the vacation of your life.

    P.S. please be advised in the winter months you may need to all-wheel drive if the weather is snowy. Clients are responsible for transportation to and from the property.

Had a wonderful week in Boone and Blowing Rock and this was the perfect place to stay! Beautiful property, well cared for home, very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Kelly, our host, was very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is quiet, peaceful, and best described as a little slice of heaven here on earth. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely book this property again on our next trip.

The home is spacious and lovely. We enjoyed watching wildlife and seeing the horses. There should be instructions however for gas logs, thermostat (we never figured it out), hot tub (we never used). I was disappointed that the New River was not easily accessible. There was one spot you could get down the embankment (we didn’t try), the rest was steep and overgrown. Glad we didn’t bother to bring kayaks. We had a few issues, so the owner unexpectedly refunded half of the nightly rate, which was appreciated. The roads getting there are not bad. The final drive is gravel, but not steep or winding. Location is very convenient to Boone.

Great location

Enjoyed the river fishing while at App State graduation. Easy drive to everything in Boone. Plenty of small reminders along the river to remind you of how Helene hit the area and how resilient the people in the area truly are.

This house was even more beautiful than the photos showed! Could not have been more impressed with the property. The host was so incredibly kind and a pleasure to rent from! 10/10!!!!

Great place to stay on Boone NC

This place was super nice and quiet. The house was really clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Being able to get out and take a morning and evening walk around the property, and walk down to the river, was a real treat. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Wonderful house

Deck and covered porch were excellent. Enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was clean and easy to use. Showers are very nice. Family had a relaxing vacation. House was a great location for enjoying the area’s beautiful attractions.

House is very nice and the family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Many thanks to the property management team for the flexibility displayed while working around the challenges of Hurricane Helene and the subsequent rescheduling of our visit. Will definitely be back

Our family with young kiddos plus grandparents stayed here over a rainy Memorial Day weekend and could not have had a better time. The house is wonderful and well appointed. The covered deck let us stay outside even in the pouring rain! The property was well maintained and the kids had a blast rolling down the hill and running the trails. Will definitely be staying here again!

2nd Stay at this beautiful house!

We stayed at this house in Oct of 2023 and loved it so much we planned another trip a year later in Nov 2024. The house is beautiful as ever and had no noticeable damage from Hurricane Helene. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and exploring along the river. The property is gorgeous and I’m sure we’ll be back again. It has plenty of space for our family of 6.

This property surpassed all our expectations. A true mountain refuge. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting of this secluded farm property. We were an easy drive from the mountain to ski for the day. We will definitely be back here!

A Little Boone Oasis

So impressed with the property.We CANT WAITTTTT to come back. So dreamy, peaceful and relaxing. Our girls loved it, too. Thank you doesn’t even cover it.
