"I think this was our 4th time staying here when we visited the beach. It’s a 10 min drive to the pier, and has easy parking. Some rooms are better than others. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. Walking distance to Walmart, in n out, weinerschnitzel and a few other good spots that are nice to have so close after a long day at the beach."

"We loved the location of this hotel: close to the freeway 405, walking distance from the shopping center with lots of restaurants and shops. And not too far from the beach. Hotel staff was really helpful and checking in and out smooth. Rooms are clean, decently sized and great value for the price. I definitely prefer this hotel to any others within the area of that price range."

"This place is in dire need of renovations aside from the lobby. The rooms look nice in photos but are the absolute opposite in person. We had a reservation for 3 nights and stayed 1 only because we couldn’t get a full refund. The room had more wrong with it than right. Beds too large for the room left little area to move, sheets had stains, closet door didn’t open, bathroom fixtures were loose and very grungy, towels had stains, room door did not seem secure, air conditioner worked but was...

"I enjoyed the proximity to the beach. I paid for an ocean view in a 2 queen bed suite with a living room. I liked the room, but the sliding doors were very hard to move. Also, the view could’ve been better. We were on the 4th floor and the closest to the elevator. I paid extra for an ocean view and I wasn’t too happy with the view."

If your expectations are just a locking room, a raised platform to lay down and weak water pressure to rinse off. This is a great stay otherwise the room will leave you wanting more. Very dimly lit. They also had 2 lamps in the room and one didn't work. The light against the wall above the poster didn't work. The wall paper is peeling off the wall in places.
