Perfectly Fit Our Needs

I chose this property due to the proximity of the Hyatt Coconut Point as my son was married there during our stay. The house was perfect in every way! The property was very clean, comfortable and provided us with a wonderful gathering place for our family. The pool was ideal for our young grandchildren. I appreciated the abundance of towels and pool toys. The beach chairs and sand toys made for a fun day at the beach as well. There was an AC problem (things like that happen) when we first arrived and I greatly appreciated how quickly the homeowner responded, got it fixed and followed up. If you are looking for something to do, I would highly recommend a day pass to the Hyatt water resort.

Graduation weekend

We stayed on this property for my daughter's graduation from college in fort myers .. the property was beautiful, and location was perfect for what we needed and more than enough room for our entire family to be there. The property is well maintained and great location to all things . I would definitely recommend this property

Very nice with a good location. Close to a lot of things.

We found this property be very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. The pool area is fantastic. Some of the furniture could be replaced, but overall it was very nice and well kept. We did have an issue of our own causing and the host was very responsive. Not for folks of advanced aging…..Many steps.

Girls Trip!

The property was lovely - eight women all in our mid-50s. The hosts were absolutely fantastic to deal with! Many questions answered before and during our stay. There is no restroom on the lower level / pool level and 4th bedroom. If you have an issue with stairs this may be an issue

Amazing Property

My husband and I have 3 daughters (10, 17, and 19) and one brought a boyfriend. So we had 6 people total and there was plenty of sleeping and hanging out space for everyone. The house was super clean and well built. Nice finishes, great bathrooms, and awesome kitchen. The outdoor space was great. Two amazing decks on both floors and the pool area. Plenty of seating and spaces to visit or be alone. The only issue we had was the pool heater wasn’t working initially, but we contacted the owner directly and she got someone out as quick as she could to get it fixed. Once they got it working, the pool was perfect! We could heat it to our preferred temperature and the colored lighting at night was so fun! Overall an amazing home and we’d definitely go again.

Perfect Home

This beautiful home was exactly as-advertised. It was clean & spacious. We loved the two screened patios & spent a lot of time in the pool. The two submerged chairs & umbrella was a great way to enjoy the amenity but also get some time out of the sun. Everyone in our small group agreed that we'd love to rent this gorgeous home again!!

Family Vacation

We stayed with our whole family for our daughters college graduation from FGCU! It was perfect for our whole family! The pool was amazing, and the house was beautiful! We had such a great time that we ended up extending our trip an extra day!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay. The house is so beautifully decorated and well equipped with paper towels, toilet paper, bikes, beach chairs, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. We enjoyed sipping the delicious starbucks coffee ( provided) on the screened lanui. The pool was refreshing and we loved the floats and submerged lounge chairs that were provided and the umbrella in the pool. The kitchen window was perfectly positioned for viewing the lagoon sunset ( we opened the shutters). We also loved the turkish cotton towels.Such a nice touch! Well done!

Lovely home

Lovely property . Very well stocked with most things ! For future consider more towels and wash clothes and dish towels . It was a lovely comfortable home . The amount of stairs was a bit much for our group. We were surprised there was no bathroom on the pool level. Many pool toys, bikes and beach towels . We found limited TV channels . Suggestion would be a check out list which would help owners and guests. Very enjoyable stay!

Family 4th weekend

We recently spent a long weekend at the property and were extremely pleased. We have used vacation rentals all over Florida and in NY and this was one of the best. It is roomy and rhe 3 floors provide areas for everyone to find their own space. The pool is lovely and all the outside furniture is attractive and comfortable. We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 30 to 72 and there wasn't a single complaint.
