  • Thank you for looking at our listing. Please contact me before booking as all reservations require approval by the Condo board (a simple process) and are a minimum 90 day term. Any bookings finalized through an online site must add 8% to the total cost. Happy to answer any questions - Nick.

    Our condo is located in the fast growing, and highly desirable corridor of Bonita Springs and Estero, in the heart of southwest Florida. Mediterranean architecture sets the tone for this gated encalve, situated among three lakes and bordered by a protected nature preserve. Just steps away you will find the new Coconut Point Mall, featuring top retail and dining establishments. The clubhouse is the centerpeice of the community, featuring a rock waterfall that cascades into a sun drenched pool. A heated spa retreat and an entertainment pavillion surround the resort-style sunning deck. Inside a state-of-the-art fitness salon as well as, a game and billiards room are set for indoor recreation. Mirasol at Coconut Point - A location that makes the most of your lifestyle!

Luxurious and Peaceful!

We rented this condo in late 2014. We cannot express enough how helpful and friendly Don, Jane, and Nick were. They are very responsive and just wonderful people. The location is ideal for a stay in Southwest Florida. EVERYTHING is nearby. Estero is a fantastic central location for visiting Naples, Fort Myers, and Bonita Springs. The condo is located in an area adjacent to the Coconut Point Mall and within minutes of many of the top restaurants in the area. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, very clean, and very well stocked. This is a great floor plan with large comfortable rooms. You will just love the huge lanai off the great room! It is furnished with top quality seating and a large dining table. It is the perfect outdoor entertaining area. There is also two additional private balconies (off the master bedroom, and the dining area). All items in the home are of good quality and we had a very comfortable stay. We are still talking about how comfortable the bed was! The clubhouse, fitness room, and pool are well appointed and very clean. I used the fitness room almost every day and was usually the only one in there. We loved being steps away from the amenities and were very pleased with how quiet the condo was! Our entire stay was peaceful and relaxing. We would highly recommend this rental! This is a perfect location, a very comfortable and well decorated home, and offers great amenities at a great price for the area.

Couldn't have asked for more, everything there!

This was a beautiful condo, as pictured, with everything we needed including beautiful lanai, breezes daily. We loved living in it everyday. The pool, clubhouse, and area were immaculate with wonderful landscaped grounds. Short distances to Coconut Point Mall and all other shopping and the Gulf, loved this. Off the main roads and quiet but easy to get anywhere. Don, Jane and Nick were more than accommodating in setting up our rental, in answering all our questions, ideas for area attractions and just lovely people. Our vacation was one of the highlights of our lives. Would go back in a moment. Bob and Mary

Resort like living!

Quiet, bright and airy condo is beautifully furnished. There was always sun on one of the three outdoor lanais during the day. Kitchen is very well equipped and has everything a gourmet cook could want. It is conveniently located to the great pool and club house area, which is the center piece of the community. Owners are very pleasant and accommodating. Looking forward to our stay again next winter.
