Situated in the heart of the five-tower complex, Building 3's 7th floor offers elevated views and easy access to all community amenities.



Maintenance to the property grounds, landscaping and irrigation systems are currently ongoing.



On-site amenities include two pickle-ball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations).



Property Update: Walkway and stairwell renovations buildings 4 and 5 are being upgraded — thank you for your patience during this time.



THE SPACE



This open-concept studio flows comfortably from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with everything thoughtfully arranged for easy, relaxed beach living.



The living area features a futon-style sofa bed and a wall-mounted Smart TV with cable, with full glass sliding doors opening onto the screened balcony — your spot for fresh Gulf air, morning coffee, and evening sunsets.



The sleeping area is a genuine retreat — a king-size bed freshly made with provided linens, a ceiling fan for added comfort, a spacious walk-in closet, and a desk alcove that makes this studio a quietly ideal setup for remote workers who need to squeeze in some work between beach days.



The bathroom is a standout feature for a studio — a combination bathtub and shower, giving guests the option of a long, relaxing soak after a full day in the sun. Bath and beach towels are included for your stay.



The kitchen is well-stocked and practical, with a refrigerator/freezer, smooth cooktop, microwave, countertop toaster oven, and both a Keurig and a drip-style coffee maker — because why choose? Cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances are all provided.
