The Home:
An elevated stilt home with an open layout. The family room has comfortable seating, treetop views, a card and game table and lots of natural light, and the dining area seats 8. The kitchen has tall ceilings, a large center island, double ovens, a glass cooktop and stainless steel appliances. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and has its own outside stairs.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, a desk and an en suite bathroom with a pedestal sink and a glass-enclosed shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a smart TV, a ceiling fan and a chair. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, a ceiling fan and a large dresser. A full guest bathroom with a shower and tub combo sits between bedrooms 2 and 3.

Outdoor Living:
Under the home you will find a 4-burner propane grill and shaded space to store kayaks, paddleboards and beach gear. Parking is on the long driveway beside the home.

Included for Your Stay:
Beach: 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler.
Kitchen extras: crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and fridge water and ice.

You are a 0.1 mile walk to Bonita Beach. Doc's Beach House, Lovers Key State Park and Fish Trap Bay are all nearby, along with local shops, grocery stores and ice cream parlors.
