We recently stayed at this property for 7 nights. The home was exactly what we expected and had plenty of space for a family of 5 (children 12/9/5). The communication from Mike was quick and the check in process was easy with a door code. There were plenty of items available for use (beach umbrellas / beach chairs / wagons / beach toys / cooler etc. This made it nice to not have to bring these items or purchase them. A paddle board was also available and it was nice to use in the canal. The walk to the beach (access point 8) was super convenient. There were fishing poles / shrimp buckets available to use in the saltwater canal. Fishing the canal was fun and you can catch multiple species of fish with live shrimp. The pool was nice to have on rainy days or as an alternative to the beach. Our only recommendations would be to de clutter some of the pantry space as there wasn’t much kitchen space and we stored everything on the countertops. The outside of the property could be addressed as the weeds and overgrown grass really take away from the property as it’s the first thing you see. The same could be said with the water hoses laying on the ground and some weren’t in great condition. In the end we would recommend this property for families and would stay here again. The location is great. Walking distance to the beach. The house is very clean and nice. Master bedroom is amazing with a private deck connected that you can see the ocean from! Few steps away from boat rental which we did two times - it was our favorite. Saw some manatees in the boat dock. The garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and two wagons to carry everything. Nothing beats a sunset in the gulf! Highly recommend.

The house and pool were as described. Spacious and clean. House well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. The pool was lovely. Heated to a very comfortable temperature. Only negative was the neighbour who would Blair loud music at us in the early evening when the 4 children were playing in the pool. We were quiet by 9:00 pm but not early enough I guess. Mike the owner was great. He addressed one issue with the pool heater and fixed it immediately. He also spoke with the neighbour and the rest of the week was great. All in all a great spot. Location to the beach was truly a five minute walk. I would recommend this Bonita Beach getaway house. As I mentioned Mike the owner was very, very helpful and accommodating. Thanks Mike.

The home was spacious, clean, well maintained and as described. Great for our family of 4. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, kitchen/cooking supplies. Pool area is lovely. There is a large dog that lives next door that barks constantly. We made almost zero noise while reading poolside and the dog continued to bark. The dog owner never quieted the dog that we could tell. The beach is across the street and the provided beach wagons, umbrellas and chairs are terrific. We found several restaurants within a few miles and wonderful shopping and restaurants in Naples, which is a short drive. Washer/dryer on site which is great. The tv’s in the main floor bedrooms were not user friendly and the shower curtains could use a good scrubbing. Overall, really nice home to relax in. Would recommend.

The location of this place was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. It provided all the beach amenities. A boat rental place was located down the street, which our family used. My family would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Easy short walk to the beach, especially appreciated the wagon and chairs provided. Lots of space, beds were comfortable. Would definitely return and Mike was available for all questions.

We had a wonderful time just steps from Bonita Beach. We walked to Doc's, ate ice cream at Sweet Melissa's, the kids caught fish, swam in the pool and we enjoyed the beach and beautiful sunsets. The house was spotless and had everything we could possible need. Would definitely recommend it to others and hope to return in the future!

Our vacation was great. The house amenities were all as advertised. Lots of space for everyone, proximity to the beach is a big plus, indoor pool helped a lot especially when it was really hot outside. All questions for the property manager were answered promptly. Whole family really loved and enjoyed this place. Thank you.

Nothing but good things to say about this property! Location is an excellent balance between the canal access and the beach. Had fun using the chairs and umbrella for the beach. Had 4 teenagers with us and they had plenty to do both at the house and in Bonita. Made a day trip to the Everglades for an air boat tour and went shopping in Naples. Doc’s Restaurant was excellent! Recommend the Sand Dollar Sliders and the Blackened Fish Sandwich! Property owner was very responsive. House was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen, grill, etc…) Highly recommend!!!

Great VRBO, perfect size and layout for our group of 7. Location was steps from the beach! Boat rental 3 min walk away. Property Manager was prompt and helped us with all our needs. Would stay at this location again.

Bonita Springs is incredible and the house is absolutely perfect for a family gathering. Only issues was the listing of four bedrooms - it's definitely three, but we made it work! House was very clean and the pool and porch were awesome, and a very short walk to the beautiful beach! Would highly recommend this house, best VRBO we've stayed in yet...

The house did not provide you with basics like garbage bags or additional toilet paper. The little products that were there were cheap. The fan in main floor basement did not work. The whirlpool tub jets did not work. The ice maker was glitchy & the neighbor did not like when my kids where in the pool. She let her dog out to bark at them for a long time & then played music loudly to try and annoy us. We only allowed kids on pool from 10 am till 7 pm at the latest. For the positives- the location to the beach was great & the beach things there such as chairs were great.

This home has 3 outstanding features. It is less than 5 minute walk to beach access #8. The saltwater pool and multilevel screened in lanai has everything you could want for outdoor gathering after a day at the beach. The home is beautifully decorated . We all loved it and would rent again no question. Thank you for a beautiful vacation.

Great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was heated and temperature ready for us every day around noon. Lots of gathering areas. The upper level twin/trundle sleeping area does not have window coverings so the morning sun can be a problem. The unit was clean but could benefit from a deep clean - top of refrigerator, cabinets etc. The pool tiles are in need of minor repairs. Having the beach wagon, beach chairs and lots of beach towel was great. The wash machine was large capacity so laundering towels was easy. There was a lot of furniture available for small children, high chairs, cribs etc.

This is the perfect house for a girls trip. The pool was refreshing and quick walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets. We had a fun time. The beds were comfortable and great outdoor patio space

This location is amazing and Bonita Springs is such a wonderful place! The house was very accommodating and perfect for our family of 8, including 2 small children. We loved having a private pool for afternoons after the beach and the view of the bay. The house had everything we could possibly need and made for the perfect beach getaway. It was so nice having the beach wagon to tote all of our stuff for the short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, I couldn’t give 5 stars because of the checkin process and all of the ridiculous rules. I have booked many homes on these rental sites and never have I had to deal with such a rude and excessive booking experience. Might just be the attitude of the property manager that made it seem so over the top. I get that it’s a very nice area and a lovely home, but renters shouldn’t be made to feel like they have to walk on egg shells. Just poor customer service. It’s very unfortunate because the place was amazing, but I will never book again with them because of the experience.
