Granite kitchen countertops and state of the art appliances. Top of the line faucets and fixtures, master bath features large walk in shower complete with rain fall shower head and body sprays galore! Completely renovated in 2006. Large 2 car garage. Washer and dryer on site. Fireplace, and pool table with custom-built indoor bar. All yard and pool maintenance done weekly. Large corner lot with professional landscaping. Walk to the beach and shops! Bars, and Mini Golf right down the street! Vacation in your own private resort! This is Florida living at its finest!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Bonita Springs! The house was exactly what we needed for our family of six and worked perfectly for both our teenagers and younger kids. Being able to bring our pet to such a beautiful place was such a blessing, too! Everything was thoughtfully set up, and we truly appreciated that we didn’t have to bring anything extra—having essentials like beach towels provided made packing so much easier.The pool was a huge hit, and the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. One of our favorite spots was the outdoor patio—the fans made it comfortable even in the heat, and it was the perfect place to unwind, play games, or just spend time together.The location couldn’t have been better. There are so many beautiful beaches nearby—we visited five different ones all within 10 miles, plus took an easy day trip to Sanibel Island, which was less than an hour away. There were also plenty of great restaurants and activities close by, making it easy to keep everyone entertained.Inside, the home was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, and everything felt welcoming and well cared for. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we’re so grateful for the experience. We would absolutely come back again!

Peaceful sunshine getaway

A beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood! Five minute drive to beaches, and excellent restaurants right down the street! Beautiful pool and back yard. A perfect vacation home.

Great Home away from home

The pictures are outdated, mostly for the backyard. The fence is not privacy like in the pictures but there is a fence and bushes making it peaceful and giving that private feeling. The location was amazing, quiet neighborhood, the owner, Greg, was very nice. The pool was so nice to have. The home was very clean. My only suggestion would be to switch the pool table and kitchen table placements and put foosball in the Garage. We couldn’t really play pool because of the location. But that’s not a big deal. Lovely home, lovely owner! Would totally stay here again!

Great House, Awesome Back Yard

Great house and backyard. My husband and I, along with our pups had a relaxing week at this house. Great escape from the winter up north. This house is perfect for a family vacation. Backyard is beautiful with pool, hot tub, comfortable furniture, and outdoor kitchen. Short drive to the beach. House is comfortable and roomy!

Un lugar espectacular!

La casa súper equipada no faltaba nada, para el entrenamiento teníamos de todo! Mi familia y yo la pasamos bárbaro. Aunque fue poquito tiempo y nos tocó 2 días feos eso no impidió disfrutar. Por suerte ni bien llegamos pudimos aprovechar la pile. Es para volver!

Better than the listing photos!

We had a great week, everything was as expected or better, pool and hot tub were clean. Area surrounding pool deck has been replaced by astroturf and there is a new outdoor kitchen including large grill, outdoor sink, outdoor refrigerator. If I had to say anything I would do different I would bring our own pillows from home as what was provided was a little too much for our liking, but overall a great property!

Christmas trip

Love the location as it’s an easy run to the beach. Backyard has everything you need to enjoy a day of relaxing in the sun. It no longer has a tv outside but new updated amenities are great.

Great house!

This house is amazing! The pictures on the listing are a little out of date, the house is even better than the pictures. Lots of space for flexible living and plenty of room. The garage theater was the surprise hit, and the backyard was awesome. Great house!! Could use some more hooks for hanging pool towels, just a suggestion.

Great Relaxing Vacation

The accommodations were excellent in nice neighborhood and wonderful amenities. Property manager was great to work with and the check in process was easy. It was well stocked, clean and having the pool right there was a plus. Would definitely book again!

Great House

We had an amazing time while in Bonita Beach. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The communication was great with the manager. I know this house doesn’t have many reviews but don’t let that stop you from booking. You will love it here.

10 Star Rating!

This was the perfect home for the perfect Florida winter vacation. Home was spacious, very clean, great kitchen, comfortable mattresses on all the beds, nice quiet neighborhood. But the outside was the highlight of the home! Pool, hot tub, covered lanai, outdoor kitchen, lots of seating. Fun for the whole family - or just the 2 of you. We had no issues during our stay, and the property manager was very responsive when I contacted with a couple of questions. When you are seeking the perfect close to the beach, relaxing, but fun vacation home, look no further.

Wow - fantastic upgrade!!

So...we got a last minute notification that the house we had rented was unavailable due to storm damage. The host offered us another property, which was amazing! The communication was great, the house and grounds were awesome, lots of extras that you don't normally expect when renting a property. We ended up spending more time at the property than out and about, because we had so much fun there!

Great back yard.

We had a very nice 4 night stay. A minor problem was addressed by the contact person immediately. Really loved hanging out by the pool and Jacuzzi, and the grill was great! Close drive to the beach made this an excellent location. Thinking of staying again.

My wife, sister, her husband and I stayed at this great house for a few days and it was everything the pictures showed. The heated pool and the hot tub were perfect! I would recommend this house to anyone that's looking for a quick get a way or just to enjoy the close beaches/food near by.
