Island Time is nestled in the picturesque Bonita Beach. This 7,200 SF sanctuary offers a stunning 800 SF rooftop deck, complete with 12 deck chairs, a fire pit, a hot tub with LED lights, Bluetooth speakers, and panoramic 360-degree views of both the Gulf and back bay waters. Watch the magical sunsets and sunrises, truly a sight to behold from the best vantage point in the home!
The home boasts 2,400 SF of elevated decks and a 2 ½ story cage over the unique pool and spa area, offering an additional 1,300 SF of outdoor living space. The spacious yard features a beach sand volleyball/badminton court and an 8ft x 8ft chess/checkers board that will entice the kids away from the beautiful white sugar sand beach, just a 550 ft walk away. The BEACH is the star attraction—calm, warm water, with dolphins playing as you relax.
Perfectly designed for family gatherings, Island Time has cozy corners for personal reflection and spacious areas for larger celebrations. The kids can enjoy the game room, while adults gather in the entertainment room, featuring a wet bar and high-top tables for 8, with additional seating for 12 when the room is opened to the deck. There are 5 large decks, plus 4 private bedroom balconies for a variety of gathering spots. Two fire pits and an outdoor fireplace ensure everyone has a perfect spot to enjoy tall tales under the stars.
The gourmet kitchen is a dream, featuring a commercial 6-burner gas cooktop, built-in convection ovens/microwaves, 2 wine refrigerators, and a commercial fridge. Outdoor decks are equipped with 2 state-of-the-art gas/inferred grills. The dining table seats 8, the outdoor table accommodates 6-8, and additional counter seating for 6 ensures everyone can join in on the fun of cooking and entertaining.
Each of the 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms has its own bath, with 4 King bedrooms featuring private balconies with Adirondack chairs. The bunk room is perfect for late-night ghost stories. The home also includes a cozy nook with 2 additional twin beds. With 10 televisions, Blu-ray players, internet streaming, and cable, there’s plenty of entertainment, though you might find the natural beauty of the island more than enough.
Island Time was designed as a family gathering hub. Its elevator makes it easy for both grandparents and toddlers to move comfortably between the 5 floors. A dedicated guest suite with its own kitchen and living room provides ample space for privacy while enjoying time together. Whether you're with family or friends, the space allows 14 people to enjoy the ultimate vacation experience together.
The surrounding area offers incredible restaurants, happy hours, live music, and shopping—guidance is provided upon reservation, ensuring you make the most of your stay.

Beautiful home in a great location. Incredibly well stocked with serving and cooking dishes. Pool was warm and lovely. Rooftop deck had beautiful views and enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit up there. We were there for Christmas and the owner had put out many Christmas decorations including a tree which really was unexpected and so appreciated.

It was great stat the owners were responsive and pleasant to assist in any situation. The hot tub in the roof was a huge reason we chose the place but the screen broke . Not the owners fault the screen just broke but they had a pool guy there in seconds to fix it felt like. Meant a lot and the family had so much fun there from 1 to 67 we all had a blast . Youll regret not staying here

Wonderful home with lots of space and great amenities! The home is very close to the beach access and comes provided with everything you could possibly need! The beds were comfortable and plentiful, room for lots of people. Our family very much enjoyed all the levels and the rooftop was a special treat at Sunset :)The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive during our stay, when we had questions. The home has a few areas of needed repairs, but its minor and didn’t effect our stay whatsoever. The elevator can be complicated, but the hosts were happy to answer questions when needed and it’s quite the necessity with 5 levels. Use the rolling cart in the Kirchen when loading and unloading, VERY HELPFUL!! Lots of great places to eat, just a quick car ride away. The grocery store is less than 10 min and very helpful to have close by. Overall, we loved our stay and the kids had a blast! We had ages ranging from 3 to 13 years old and adults. Everyone loved it!

Island Time is an excellent house for a group of people. The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen is outstanding. The house is vertical, so someone with disabilities will need to use the elevator, which takes a little while to get used to.

Wonderful home!

Wonderfully clean and decorated home that is the perfect location steps away from the beach! Perfect home for extended family so everyone has own bedroom and bathroom plus multiple outdoor patios with comfortable furniture and outside dining to enjoy the ocean view from every level while relaxing with family! The rooftop chairs, hot tub and firepit were enjoyed every night to watch the sunset! All loved the pool and ground level hot tub too and the 20 plus chairs, 3 umbrellas, 20 beach towels, kids beach toys, and cart to take to beach was appreciated! The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with everything you need! The kids enjoyed the outdoor chess game and volleyball court. My 85 yr old mom appreciated the elevator too. We will be booking again for another family reunion!

Nice house except for a few things

Overall, the house worked out very well for our group. There are bedrooms on 3 different floors which allowed us to have space apart when we wanted it. The main kitchen and dining table were large enough for all of us to gather together for meals. For the most part, the house supplies everything you could need. A few amenities that are highlighted in the listing were not in working order— main fireplace, a few ceiling fans, issues with/ difficulty operating the rooftop hot tub, so that was a little disappointing. There is definitely a learning curve to operating the elevator and pool/hot tub heaters, but they were nice to have around once we figured them out. Elevator got stuck once (thankfully no one was trapped in it) and hosts were helpful in diagnosing the problem (circuit breaker tripped.)

We had a wonderful experience at Island Time. There were 14 of us, all adults however my 3yr old grandbaby did visit during the daytime. We were all very comfortable. The hosts were extremely nice and prompt in their responses. The house is unbelievably well-stocked. They have pretty much everything you would need for a beach vacay with lots of space and areas of entertaining or just wanting to break away and relax. Beautiful views and sunsets. We will be back.

Spring Break Extended Family Getaway

My husband and I rented Island time for our extended family getaway. The house and location were perfect for our 9 adults and 7 young children. The pool was a constant source of fun, along with the hot tub, as was the beach which is just a short walk away. The views from this house are tremendous both towards the ocean and the canals behind. We enjoyed the rooftop views and sunset every night while there! Additionally, Rodney was very responsive to our questions and needs and even came over to check on something for us when we had a concern. We would definitely rent Island Time again!

Fabulous 8 days in Bonita Springs.

There were 8 adults in our party and this place was perfect for our group. The furnishings and finish of this place was top notch. Each couple had their own en suite king bedroom. Plenty of space for all. We loved having the pool and the roof top sunsets are not to be missed. The elevator was very much appreciated especially for luggage and groceries. We had a couple minor issues, not even worth mentioning except for how responsive the host was. This was one of our best VRBO finds!

We had a wonderful time staying here! our only confusion upon check in was there were no keys in the elevator lobby, but luckily the house was unlocked. the view from the rooftop is stunning. Perfect location and short walk to the beach! we enjoyed the pool, spa, volleyball and hot tub. perfect place for large groups!

House was spacious enough for all 11 guests, so much so we may have gotten lost a few times lol. 3 min walk to a a beautiful beach and the on-site private pool was a spot to relax as was the rooftop deck with ample seating and hot tub. Overall house met all our expectations!!

Island Time is Outstanding

Despite some hot tub and fireplace issues which the owners personally responded to promptly, it was a fabulous home to share with our adult children and grandchildren. You cant beat the location and the the house is fully furnished with all you need. An ipad controls the hot tubes/pool and frequently gave an error message, but a call to the owner allowed him to override. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Naples is buzzing, but Island Time is the place to be I South Florida. Great location and plenty of space for multiple people/families. Owners communicate in a timely manner and this house has everything you need for a great trip to the beach! Highly recommend island time for your next trip to south Florida!

It was just alright

It’s was a decent property and even though we had terrible weather we had fun as a group. But for such a large amount of money to rent a house like this I expected everything to be perfect and working. The hot water didn’t work in a bunch of the showers. The refrigerator was broken and then during the stay the freezer broke. There was a back up fridge but it wasn’t nearly big enough for that many people. The 2 grills were poorly maintained and hardly got hot. The floors were dirty when we got there and half of our group didn’t want to take their shoes off the whole time we were there. The volleyball court is not a volleyball court. It is so small small children couldn’t play on it. There is grass growing in it, so many rocks and shells that if you walked on it barefoot you’d probably slice your foot open not to mention it is on the main road. But the weirdest thing might have been that we were told by the owner that we were going to have the property manager stop by and check in on us from time to time to make sure we weren’t violating some of the many many rules we had to follow. It felt like a weird invasion of privacy.
