Guest Access:

The condo is conveniently located on the second floor, with elevator access available for guests who prefer not to use the stairs. Guests are given 2 parking passes. One pass is for the designated parking spot under the covered car port in front of doors 16 and 11. The second pass is for the Guest Parking area. Guests must use the parking passes at all times while parking on the property or they could be subject to towing at the guest’s expense.



NOTE: **All guests that book are required to be approved by the HOA board. After booking, guests will be sent a form to be filled out. The request will then be submitted to the HOA board for approval. Once approved, the booking will “officially” confirmed.**
