"Our hosts were amazing and the hotel was convenient to lots of wonderful restaurants and tons of shopping. If you are renting a car, it’s not very convenient to drive around the town or park. If you have a difficult time walking around or using stairs, you should know, the hotel has some pretty challenging stairs. "Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after...

"The host Maria (and her Family) is very friendly, hospitable and quick in her respons. The apartment is new, with a nice terrace and good furnitured bathrooms (rain-showers). It is close to the supermarket, 200m, and only 5 minutes walking-distance to the center of Palau. Palau has very nice shops and restaurants.
