Comfortable updated unit steps away from the main strip

Updated unit with two separate bedrooms. About 20 second drive from Cate’s Italian Garden. Host are just next door in the building of their own. Mary responds to messages almost immediately. Overall great stay.

A gem!

My husband and I plus our 2 dogs stayed 4 days at this beautiful and private home within walking distance of downtown Bolton. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. We saw several deer and their fawns. It had everything we could have hoped for and more.

Cozy hideaway!

What a great find! Our family stayed here for eclipse weekend. The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. Perfect for us with our 3yo and our dog. He loved the extra space we don’t have in suburbia. It wasn’t yet lake ‘season,’ but I can certainly see the appeal. Beautiful setting and village. We extended our stay an extra night and our hosts were amazing and over the top in accommodating us. Would definitely return to stay again!

Great space and great location

Was there with my wife, two daughters and our dog. The location was perfect up the hill in the trees but a very short walk to town and the lake. The place was clean and modern, great kitchen, plenty of space for us, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bolton. This property is in a great location! Walk down the hill and you are right in town. Easy access to shops and restaurants, and town beaches. We usually stay in larger homes, but we didn't miss it at all with this apartment. The apartment is clean, very tastefully updated and includes outdoor spaces for the renter's use. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location

The apartment was perfect for four of us. Very clean and all items were available for cooking and grilling! We walked to the restaurants every night. Couldn't ask for a better place! Will definitely be staying again!

Excellent location!

This above garage apartment was PERFECT for our stay in Bolton Landing. We were up for a family wedding at the Sagamore and were able to walk mostly everywhere we wanted to go! The place was spotless clean, cool, and the owners were lovely. My dog loved it too! Thank you!

Cozy Comfortable Convenient

we have stayed in Bolton Landing many times. This was the first time via Vrbo and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was exactly what we needed to have access to the marinas and all of the wonderful shops and restaurants Bolton Landing provides. Everything was in walking distance. Two bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, clean and quiet. Mary and David were perfect hosts. We can’t wait to go back!

Adorable Apartment in the Heart of Bolton

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed apartment. It had all of the comforts of home-brand new furnishings and appliances. The host is responsive and accessible if needed. This property is a very short walk to town where shops and fine dining abound. Our favorite spots were ‘Beyond the Sea’ and ‘The Gem’.
