Vacation Home No. 69 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 4-room house that accommodates up to 5 people.

This beautiful semi-detached home spans 2 floors and can accommodate up to 5 people. You’ll have 81 m² of living space at your disposal. The home features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a guest restroom. The terrace and balcony face southeast. The distance to the beach from the complex is approximately 400 m.

On the sunny, furnished terrace, you can leave your everyday life behind and relax. You access it through the living room. The living area of the vacation home is furnished with a comfortable seating area. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a CD player.

In the built-in kitchen, you can prepare your meals using the oven, 4-burner stovetop, and microwave. There’s also a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Then take a seat at the dining table to enjoy your meals.

The first bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a single bed and a closet. A spacious staircase leads you to the upper floor of the vacation home. There you’ll find the second bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. An additional modern stereo system with a remote control helps you fall asleep. From here, you can access the furnished balcony. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The windows are fitted with roller shades or curtains.

The vacation home also features a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, and a guest restroom. The flooring in the living and sleeping areas on the first floor is laminate. The bedrooms on the upper floor are carpeted. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 meters away.
