Vacation Apartment No. 22 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment has a separate entrance via an outdoor staircase (metal railing). Spanning approximately 49 m², the apartment features a bright living room with access to the southeast-facing balcony, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player, a VCR, and a stereo system. The corner sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) and the reading nook with a recliner offer a comfortable place to relax. Numerous books, games, CDs, and DVDs ensure you’ll never be bored. The living area has carpeted floors.

The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, and a 4-burner cooktop. The bright and inviting dining table is the ideal spot for shared meals. The kitchen area has tile flooring.

The bedroom features a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There is a roller shade by the window. The floor is carpeted.

The tiled shower room is equipped with a shower and toilet. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The parking space is located right next to the house. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack by the house. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).
