Vacation Apartment No. 74 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.



On the 1st floor of the building, you’ll find a 2-room vacation apartment with a balcony facing southeast. Spanning approximately 49 m², the apartment features a living and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, and a kitchen. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag vacation complex is approximately 400 m.



You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. The open-concept living and dining area is furnished with a sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm) and a dining set that seats four. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV, a radio with CD player, and a selection of books and games. The floor in the living area is covered with laminate.



A washing machine is also available in the separate kitchen. To prepare your favorite meals, you can use an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and other kitchen utensils. The kitchen and bathroom areas are tiled.



The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. Curtains are hung at the windows. The bedroom floor is carpeted.



A shower room is available. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.



A designated parking space is located right next to your apartment. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack by the building. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
