The kitchen corner is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, and all cooking utensils, along with a dining table perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals.

A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where you’ll find the bedroom area with a double bed and dresser, ensuring privacy and comfort.

The bathroom is spacious and complete, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, plus a washing machine and complimentary toiletries.

Our flat can hosts up to 4 guests — ideal for couples, families, or friends.

Guests will be provided with towels, bed linens, and a small personal hygiene kit. The apartments feature air conditioning, adjustable heating, and free Wi-Fi.

Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
