Three-room apartment for 5 people in the historic center of Bologna
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift of a historic building in one of the most important streets in the center of Bologna. The apartment is a large and bright three-room apartment on two levels. The entrance leads to the living area consisting of living room with sofa and access to the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Bologna and the church of the Servi, the kitchen and dining table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen bed on the lower floor, the other on the upper floor, a double room with an additional single bed. There are also two bathrooms complete with shower. The apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning in every room, wall-mounted LED satellite TV, internet with wi-fi connection, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Great area in town . You can walk to a grocery store in less than 10 min right on their street as well as the 2 towers. within 20 min at a leisurely stroll and onto a couple of other streets you will find the Piazza Majiorrie, Neptunes staute and other major tourist attractions. The reception staff were very helpful and helped me with finding a cabbie who came very early for for our pick up to the airport.

Absolutely spectacular! Super clean, amenities are very nice. Lots of attention to detail. One recommendation is to have better bedding, both mattress and pillows.. otherwise the location is perfection. Wonderful visit. Wonderful host. Wonderful experience great location very secure felt very safe.

Es hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Zentrale Lage. Unkomplizierter Check in. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und Sauberkeit. Gute Betten. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir problemlos eine zweite Bettdecke. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet. Und das Geschirr war leider nicht 100% sauber.

Great stay with family in Bologna

My family of 4 had a great stay at the Cavalleria Rusticana. The apartment was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The hosts provided a very thorough welcome document with answers to many questions and recommendations in the area. When we had a question, the hosts responded quickly. The location was quiet and a short 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore where there was lots of great dining, shopping and tourist sights to see. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Great for 5

This apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. It was particularly handy for the kids to have their own room with three beds upstairs. The keyless entry was convenient and the secure parking was great. Everything in town was about a 12-15 minute stroll away; this worked for us, but might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. The apartment was close to piazza Santa Stefano, which had a great atmosphere with cafes and delicious gelato.

Great place and location

The unit was great and very comfortable. We had a minor issue and it was resolved immediately. The place was clean and roomy. A small balcony for fresh air. Location had many restaurants and shops right nearby. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!

Amazing and Convenient

This was an ideal location to stay in Bologna, close to city center, wide range of restaurants, bars, and markets but also convenient to groceries and shops for other amenities. Check in and check out was easy and all inquiries received prompt responses. Apartment was clean and comfortable and also had laundry. Would definitely recommend!

You needn’t look any further

We came for a few days before our cruise. The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the center of town. The people at the desk were so nice, helpful and very easy on the eyes. The apartment is perfect. It’s exactly as pictured. The kitchen and bathrooms are as clean as any hotel. The ac is better than expected with separate units in every room. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say is that the shower in the downstairs bedroom is assuredly tight. But the water pressure is just fine and I would not hesitate to come back or send my friends.

Perfect in every way!

We rented two properties from Francesca in Residence Opera, because our group was large. Both were absolutely perfect! This particular one has 2 beds and bath, and one of the bedrooms had 3 single beds, so it was perfect for our needs. The furniture and amenities, as well as the apartment itself are beautiful and modern. We had everything we needed. We came over Christmas, and there even was a traditional Panetonne waiting for us! We loved the location; close enough to walk to everything, yet very quiet. And we also appreciated the laundry room that was open 24/7. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you!

Modern Apartment in Historic Building ~ A-plus!

We loved every facet of our 7-week stay at Opera Residence - the apartment, free laundry in the building, elevator (or stairs to keep in shape), coded entry so no need to carry a key, weekly housekeeping, outdoor space, and the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen area adequate to prepare meals with convection stovetop and microwave. Food is readily available around the corner ranging from a variety of small restaurants to fruit and vegetable stands, cheese stand, fish stand, pasta store with "to-go" delicious food, bakeries, Farmacia, plus more small vendors. The location is away from the tourist fray, yet a 10-minute walk to Piazza Maggorie. Within a mile are parks, museums, historic churches and sights, other piazzas, fabulous high-end shopping mall, and delicious gelatos stores! And, it is on a bus line. I highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay again.
