PLEASE NOTE: The house is situated in a central urban area. Newly constructed building, not visible in the current photographs, is located to the left of the pool. This structure does not obstruct the front-facing view, which remains open to the sea. Updated photographs will be available shortly.
Abundant in charm lovely Villa Mare is a two bedroom stone holiday house with a private pool located on Island Brač within walking distance to town Bol and plenty of beaches around. Ideal for a family of 4-5 or two couples, delightful interior displays exposed wood beams, fully equipped kitchen, dining area set for eight and a sofa lounge with a flat screen TV. The outdoor premises contain barbecue facilities, roofed seating areas and alfresco dining table, all with stunning views of the sea.
Four adult guests are comfortably accommodated in two bedrooms.
Bol is the oldest town on Island Brač known for arguably the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic, Zlatni Rat, which consistently changes the shape of its cape dictated by the direction of the wind. The charming town center is home to a small marina with plenty of restaurants and café to choose from. Be sure to pause here, grab a seat, try a regional delicacy with a carafe of local wine. The seaside promenade starts here and goes all the way to Zlatni Rat passing beautiful beaches and ice cream parlors along the way. Not to be missed is a visit to Zmajeva Špilja (Dragon’s Cave) with its 15th century chapel, Blaca Monastery - today a museum containing artifacts dating back centuries, and a hike to Vidova Gora with priceless views of the striking landscape. Welcome to Brač.
For transparency: please account for 300 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pets are welcome with a 100 euro per booking pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

Absolutely Fabulous!

Nada's villa is absolutely perfect! It was spotlessly clean, perfectly appointed, and even BETTER than the pictures. We'll be back. The pool was pristine. The view was breathtaking. We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Mare in Bol. ***** We fell in love with Nada! Thank you!!!

Wunderschönes, liebevoll gepflegtes Haus an toller Lage

Wundervolles, sauberes und liebevoll gepflegtes Haus. Tolle Lage! Sehr unkomplizierte Vermietung/Übergabe. Alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird und noch mehr. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderschönes Haus, toller Pool , die besten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann. Alles in der Beschreibung ist genau so! Wie hatten eine fantastische Woche in Bol und die Gastgeberin Frau Nada hat jeden unserer Wünsche sofort und ohne wenn und aber erfüllt . Danke für diese wunderschöne Woche in Ihrem Haus. Wie kommen sicher wieder!

Excellent hosts, excellent property, wonderful place

We were warmly welcomed by our hosts from the moment we stepped off the ferry. The property was as described -beautifully clean and very well equipped. Any questions were answered and excellent local recommendations for places to eat and boat trips to go on were given. We couldn't have asked for more. There is an uphill walk up to the villa from the town, however that became our 'workout' each day and helped justify the delicious local food! The pool is a real bonus. The only slight downside (and completely out of the control of the owners) is that another property is in the process of being built next door. We were not disturbed as nothing was taking place during the course of our stay (apparently building work takes place from October to May). We loved Bol and the villa was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Thank you, Anke, and your wonderful family for making us so welcome - the perfect holiday.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt in Villa Mare war super! Die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zur Promenade sind es nur wenige Minuten zu laufen. Rundum gelungener Urlaub :)

Cosy and cute - great location

This is a lovely house in a great location on the edge of Bol and really close to several lovely beaches. Anke the property manager was really helpful with local information before we arrived and the owner welcomed us from the ferry and took us on the short trip to the house, where they had left us a lovely fruit platter as a welcome gift. From the balconies you can look out over the rooftops to the sparkling Adriatic. The pool proved very handy to cool off in and a nice place to sit out in sun or shade - although the sea is crystal clear and very inviting on the local beaches and there are lots of lovely places to eat nearby. The house is ideal for a family of 4.
