"Chambre complètement détériorée, abîmée, ou il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine. L hotel ose prendre 200€ de caution pour une nuit a l arrivée alors que tout est dégradé a l intérieur. On me propose de changer de chambre car apparemment une chambre est disponible, mais nous étions 4 et nous venions ..."
