Charming Charentaise house of 113 m2, fully restored and renovated in 2021, in a peaceful rural hamlet, on the doorstep of Angoulême and the Dordogne.
Authentic construction dating back to 1840, built from local stone and antique terracotta floor tiles, nestled within a large fully enclosed shaded park of approximately 2000 m2.
La Charmette Charentaise is your exclusive gîte, completely independent and private. The grounds and pool are also private, with 24-hour access to the latter. Classified as a 1* furnished holiday rental, la Charmette will surprise you with its comfort and charm, offering much more than a typical rental in this category.

Bathroom with a large bathtub, sink, and towel storage unit (baby bathtub available on request).
