Welcome to our charming home nestled in the heart of Boise, just a stone's throw away from the prestigious Boise State University. This cozy abode offers an ideal retreat for visiting professors, parents, and alumni seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

A quick walk will get you to BSU Stadium for Football and tailgating, Downtown Boise for daily/nightly entertainment and food, Idaho Central Arena, Knitting Factory for events and the Boise zoo.

Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

You are ON campus! There may be some rowdy college students from time to time, but everyone has been respectful and polite to date.

Being so close to campus and downtown you can easily walk everywhere! Given we are on campus, the parking can get pretty difficult depending on the time of the year. There are two assigned parking spaces for the home, and street parking is first come, first serve.

The whole home is yours!

The house is located directly on campus so there are fraternities and sororities across the street. We are just minutes from the airport (3.3 miles), St Luke’s hospital (1.6 miles), BSU stadium (0.6 miles), local shops, Boise zoo (0.6 miles), and a short walk into the heart of downtown!

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom DUPLEX boasts a modern feel. Each unit is a 2 bedroom, one bath with mirrored layouts. The two living areas are perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the college campus or enjoying downtown. The 65 inch smart TVs come equipped with many apps that can be logged into. The couches also pull out into a bed for extra sleeping space.

All four bedrooms have queen sized beds. Two of the bedrooms has an office set up (one on each side) and there is a pack n play at the home for little ones.

The two fully-equipped kitchens provides all the necessary amenities for whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet meal.

The property is a duplex. Both units have TWO assigned parking spaces and private entrances.

A quick walk will get you to anywhere you want to be (restaurant, grocery, river, campus, downtown). There are often scooters and bikes near the home for rent as well if you need a speedier ride.

Perfect location for downtown Boise and BSU game days!! We are located in the “red solo cup district” on campus so from 10am-10pm on game days it’s legal to walk from our house to the stadium with an open container! This home is a duplex and both units are available. Perfect for families traveling together.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front of the two front doors. These devices do record.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
