We have the laundry room blocked off for personal use and there is a vehicle parked and covered in the driveway, but the rest of the home is yours!

Step inside to discover a spacious interior boasting a large kitchen equipped with modern appliances, ideal for whipping up culinary delights after a day of exploration. The inviting living area provides a cozy space to unwind, complete with plush furnishings and a smart TV for entertainment.

Step inside and discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a peaceful haven for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, walk in shower, and large closet. The second bedroom is downstairs and boasts a cozy queen bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. There is also a desk for any work needs.

Venture outdoors to our private oasis. Surrounded by lush greenery the yard also offers a built in gas barbeque, fire pit, outdoor lighting, seating and even a small pond.

With convenient access to the nearby trailhead, outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the endless opportunities for hiking, biking, and exploring the natural beauty of the surroundings. Whether you seek adventure or simply crave peace and serenity, our retreat offers the perfect escape.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door. These devices do record.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
