Welcome to your home away from home. Located in Paramount development, our lovely 3-bedroom/ 2.5 bath home has everything you need to make it perfect memory. A king-size Beautyrest pillow top mattress set awaits you in the master suite. The two other bedrooms have pillow top queen beds. We have provided a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with Ninja blender, NutriBullet, Cuisinart, Crock Pot, pots, pans, and bakeware of all sizes, and a cupboard with condiments and major spices. In the living room, a comfy leather sofa and recliner chair await you, for viewing the new 50-inch flat screen TV with 150+ Sling TV entertainment package, complete with Blu-ray DVD and movie selections. The kitchen nook cabinets are full of Duplos, Bristle Blocks, books, and games of all sorts for all ages.

Located in Paramount, an upscale subdivision, this prestigious community boasts 4 community pools (open Memorial Day–Labor Day), a fitness center, open recreation areas, and is just minutes to shopping. Laughton community pool and park is less than 2 blocks away. Our home is close to the Meridian Temple and the Holy Apostles Church. We have a large fenced backyard, a covered patio with a gas grill and a patio set for outside dining. The large attached 2-car garage will accommodate almost any passenger vehicle or pickup truck. As the house is occasionally empty, we have motion activated security cameras on the front of the garage.

Enjoy some time in beautiful Meridian. You are only minutes to Fred Meyers, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Sonic, Dutch Bros. Coffee, and the newest and finest mall in Idaho - The Village in Meridian. Within 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours, you have world class biking, mountain biking and hiking, whitewater rafting, & snow skiing. You name it, and we probably have it nearby.

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Meridian. Home was decorated with special touches for Christmas.Host was great as well. Stayed in touch and answered all question promptly.Home is 2 story and I probably would prefer a ranch one story style in the future but we had plenty of room and home was well equipped with everything.Welcome basket was very much appreciated. Welcome home

This home was so clean and inviting that we all kicked off our shoes the minute we walked in the door. The kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware and supplies. The grandkids loved running around in the back yard and eating their meals on the patio. We enjoyed the pool one hot afternoon with only a few other people there. A great place for getting family together to relax and visit. Our only advise is that the staircase is a bit steep and difficult for littles to navigate.

A great place to stay in a lovely area

This very comfortable, well cared for, nicely equiped home is located in a quiet neighborhood but not far from several shops and stores. It's not a straight shot to the main roads, and that keeps the traffic to a minimum. The owners are local and quick to respond to any issues that may arrise. Lots of families are evident in the area (many bikers and walkers), with several pools and parks to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at your property

We recently stayed at this property and had a great time. We were there for a cheer competition and the home was perfectly located a few minutes from where we had to be.The house was just as described. The house was decorated and had everything for us to be comfortable. We also like that we were able to park out truck in the garage. The host (Dave) was very responsive to our questions and made sure we had a smooth check-in. We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful and cozy home

Stayed in the area for a family gathering. This house was perfectly located and central to everything we needed. House was so nice and welcoming. Our kids even met some boys in the neighborhood to play with! Will definitely come back and stay again. Dave the owner was so nice and accommodating

Christmas in Idaho

We were in Idaho for the Idaho Potato Bowl. I loved that the home was decorated for the Christmas holiday. The home was immaculate! Truly the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have ever stayed at! Owners were excellent with communication and even gave us some restaurant references that we tried and loved! Overall excellent experience!

Early Christmas with Family

We celebrated an early Christmas and the house was so warm and cozy and decorated for the holidays, it was perfect for our extended family of grandparents, kiddo and grand kiddos. Everything was exceptional, clean, and well appointed ~everything we needed and more! Very nice. Hosts were so helpful with everything and were available on the spot!! Lovely home

The VRBO was perfect. Loved the home. super clean comfortable and organised. Clear written instructions of expectations of renters. The house and neighborhood was so lovely. Perfect for families and small groups. The main bedroom has a comfortable cozy king size bed. Same for the other two bedrooms.

Meridian Visit

We had a quick trip to visit friends in the area. The communication with the host before and during the visit was timely and helpful. We also arrived late our first night and the host was available to answer and resolve a quick question I had. The house was clean and everything was as stated. It was perfect for what we needed, safe area, quiet neighborhood and the perfect launching point for all of our adventures. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, convenient

The house and neighborhood are wonderful. Close and convenient to dining and shopping. All the rooms are beautifully decorated. The beds and bedding are comfortable and luxurious. The living room has a nice gas fireplace and large TV. There were snacks for the guests and a fully stocked kitchen. We had a great experience and would enjoy staying there again.

Conveniently located

Stayed here for a wedding that was in Nampa. Perfect location with lots of stores and restaurants close by. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful clean house.
