  • Settle into your own private Boise retreat near Hillcrest Country Club. Unwind in the spacious walk-in shower, curl up for a movie, or step onto the patio and relax on the cushioned swing. Add hot tub access for an evening soak and enjoy the large, fenced backyard with your pup. Your studio has its own entrance, driveway & everything you need to feel at home. Just 1 mile from I-84 and 10 minutes from Downtown Boise or Micron.
    -Pick up after your pet
    -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
    -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
    -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
    -Please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes
    -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
    -Please remove shoes in the house
