Enjoy this historic North End cottage on tree-lined street corner filled with treasures old and new.

Callie's Cottage features a beautifully maintained garden with water feature and outdoor patio. This 2 bedroom gem has all the comfort you'd need at your home away from home and truly great place to relax and unwind. The kitchen has ALL the gadgets you'd ever need to bake a cake from scratch, make a Thanksgiving feast, or entertain your family with eat-in kitchen and large dining room table that seats 8. You'll find vaulted ceilings and gorgeous fir hardwood floors throughout the home. Large walk-in closets in both bedrooms and plenty of space in the dressers of each bedroom.

This home is located within walking distance to local Elm Grove and Camel's Back Park or walk and hangout in Hyde Park, a 4 block section of Boise's North End neighborhood filled with Restaurants, Bars, Shops, a Toy Store and Ice Cream Parlor. See Boise in a different light and bring your bike's and take a short stroll to Boise's bustling downtown or on Boise's 25-mile Greenbelt.

We loved our stay at Callie's Cottage! It had everything we needed and it was a quiet neighborhood. It was very cozy, even when we turned the heat off it would stay nice and warm even though it was cold outside. Enjoyed having a regular coffee maker vs. a Keurig. And the water pressure was amazing...an important feature to me anyway. Got a kick out of seeing the wild turkeys in the next door neighbors yard one morning. We had only one little incident during our stay, the door knob to the closet in the bedroom became loose and fell off and we couldn't get the door open. We hunted by the laundry room and found a screwdriver and was able to get the knob back on. We would definitely book this place again.

We visited in late October and found the home to be comfortable, warm and a very quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets with beautiful fall colors. The HVAC system was efficient and the kitchen area was roomy and well stocked. Living space and bedroom were equally comfortable. Shower was superb.

Quaint, comfortable and well-stocked home

This property was just perfect for my husband and I for a weekend get-away. The neighborhood is a joy to walk around in. Lots of beautiful gardens and trees to admire everywhere we walked. Friendly neighbors and convenient to every place we wanted to go. As you enter the backdoor there is a little bubbling fountain to welcome you. It beckoned us to frequently sit outside and linger in the lovely garden. The home is cozy and comfortable, not just a rental, but a ‘home’. The kitchen is well-stocked with those pesky items that are always a pain to have to purchase if you cook and end up leaving behind, like salt, pepper, olive oil and some spices…which we utilized.As well, the kitchen has all the essential equipment we needed to prepare meals. The beds are uber comfortable and it appears the kitchen and bathroom were renovated in the not so distant past. Yes, there may only be one ‘FULL’ bath in the home, but I have two words for you, RAIN SHOWER! Oh, so luxurious! Plenty of hot water and a nice deep tub if you’d rather a bath. The half bath off the kitchen is convenient, as well as having a sink in the laundry. This home just flows so nicely, with ample living space and awash with natural light. Our absolute favorite thing to do at Callie’s, was to feed the squirrels. We’d look out the kitchen window while we dined, and watch them munch our humble offerings at their little picnic table. Don’t even hesitate, book now.

A Beautiful & Special Cottage on a Beautiful Street!

The picture doesn’t do the house justice … it’s better! Callie must be a super special person - as she has put together a gorgeous, comfortable home for others to enjoy. The decor is rich with color & design. The fabrics, quilts, flooring & pillows are all beautiful. The location makes it a perfect location. Everything (air conditioning appliances, etc.) worked perfectly. We enjoyed this darling home (even in the heat of summer) immensely. Additionally… there are awesome choices for nearby restaurants: Lively, Fork, Hyde Park, Cottonwood, etc.

Absolutely deserves its 5-star reputation

The location is great -- super-quiet and pretty. Close to services (grocery, etc.) The place itself is just fun -- incredibly eclectic, comfortable, spacious -- both beds and bedrooms are great (unusual for rentals). You won't find a better stocked kitchen. We were looking for a place where our adult kids could come to visit, eat take-out -- the layout and size were perfect for this. Really, one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at! Many thanks to the owner and property manager.

Charming!

The place couldn’t have been more perfect! The beds were comfortable. The shower was AMAZING ! The decor was fun. All the different Knick Knacks were cute. Walking distance to Hyde park and Camel Back. Did I mention how awesome the shower was?!! We would definitely book again.

North End Gem

Located on a quiet street, this sweet cottage has all the charm you could want. From the well-stocked kitchen and beautiful hard wood floors to the great location and babbling brook oasis in the back yard, this house is a great find! Very comfortable, clean and quaint. If you like to get out and explore, it is within walking distance to the Hyde Park area and Camels Back Park.

Cozy lovely home

Relaxed setting/great kitchen

The house was great for visiting with family, comfortable beds and anything we needed was available and easy to find, including a fan for a family member with health issues and wanted moving air for comfort. Whoever furnished the kitchen, cooks, and I appreciated access to seasonings and good knives. Beautiful!

Delightful

This home is charming, well stocked, comfortable. Coming back at the end of the day (or choosing to stay in) is like being a kid and getting a big hug while looking at a freshly baked batch of your favorite cookies. It just makes you feel good about the place you are in. There is lots of foot traffic with friendly neighbors walking one another or their pets. That leads to good morning coffee street theater. The location is less than 10 minutes (15 in "bad traffic") to most things. It is a nice walk to a few excellent restaurants. It was less than half an hour to get to some low to no traffic wilderness areas for hikes or mountain bike rides. The people in Boise are more friendly than I can recall of anyone. Anywhere. This holds true of the owners also. They were exceedingly quick in responses to questions, including some screwball ones like where to find electric vehicle charging areas. The next time I make my way to Boise, I will be certain to stay here.
