Home is 3 years new with great large kitchen, 2 car alley load garage and gas fireplace. PETS welcome with nightly fee.

Great house- great location

We traveled on Thanksgiving Day to visit our son and this home was a welcome treat after 8 hours on the road. It was very clean, well laid out and I really have to give kudos on the couch. That seems like an odd thing to mention in a review but so often we stay in air b n b’s that have an aesthetically pleasing living space that is quite uncomfortable.- but the couch in this house was incredibly comfortable and made it so fun for our family of 4 to huddle together and play games. We brought our little dog along and the small yard was perfect for him as well as the neighborhood. I felt safe taking him for walks around the neighborhood. Communication with the owners was easy- they have a book with pictures and lays out directions to make things simple. We have stayed at several air b n b’s in the Boise area to visit our son and this is one I think we will stay at again.

House was fully equipped with all the necessities needed. Perfect location, centrally located between Nampa and Boise. Felt very comfortable...Home away from Home. Also Pet friendly very important to me. Easy to connect with the owners and get immidiate responses to any questions or concerns...Overall a wonderful peaceful worry free stay and would highly recommend...Zero negative rating

Everything you need

We were pleased at how nice the house was and it was nicely equipped with everything you need for a multi day stay. I loved the boiled egg maker!! The only thing I would say against the stay is that too heat the downstairs, it got super hot upstairs we used the fireplace and that seemed to help. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe.

Would rent again. The only suggestion for improvement is the sheets are silky and pull off the bed. But overall a great experience.

Clean but needs better beds.

Property was clean and centrally located. The bedrooms are close to each other so it was hard not waking everyone up. I wish the mattresses were more comfortable. Other than that it was great.

Perfect way to start my wedding

I used this property as a place to stay the night before my wedding. Stephen communicated with me every time I had a question to ask. He was more than accommodating during my stay. The house was very clean and had more than what we needed to be comfortable. There is enough parking for all of the guests with out disturbing the neighbors. Wonderful house and I would stay there again.

Excellent!!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very well maintained, and very clean. We would certainly book the property again. A couple of little suggestions- Could use a toaster, and perhaps an extra blanket for nighttime TV viewing, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing property! All you need!

This is a great find for a Boise stay. Excellent house, so clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for all your needs. Very accommodating host, would absolutely stay here again. If you aren’t from the area, Meridian is a bit of a drive from downtown Boise. This wasn’t an issue for us, but something to know.

Amazing stay!!

We LOVED this property. Came into town for a tournament and we were conveniently located to games, food, the mall, etc. Settler’s Park is within walking distance and was our favorite part of the trip. Highly recommend the home and owners were very helpful and communicative. Hope to stay again if life brings us back to Boise! Thank you.
