The Space:
This home boasts three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a plush queen-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms offer comfortable twin bed accommodations and convenient access to pristine bathrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. The twin rooms are equipped with floor mats as well as a den space with fold out couch.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premise of this home and any report of or violation of our smoking policy will result in a fine of $500.

Pet Policy:
We love animals and *house-trained dogs are allowed to stay in this home with the added pet charges you’ll find in the reservation process which is $50 for 1 dog and $115 for 2 dogs. We hope they’ll be just as comfortable as you throughout your trip and hope the enclosed backyard can be a good additional place for them to explore and play during your stay. Our cleaners do take detailed note of the conditions and any damages done within the home after each guests departure. If there are any *damages, or accidents within the home due to pet visits, there will be an additional damage charge sent to the party responsible.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
