This home is in the PERFECT location. Almost everything can be easily found within a 10 mile radius or 30 min drive. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a beautiful open concept floor plan that is perfect for entertaining friends and family. There are 5 Queen beds that sleep up to 10 comfortably. Our fully stocked kitchen includes everything you'll need to prepare your meals with our stainless steel appliances, microwave, and dishwasher. Pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, blender, utensils, dishware, glassware, barware and more. French doors lead to a private office with desk and reading nook. Our home is equipped with TWO flat screen TVs, WiFi, and RoKu. Master bedroom has private bath with soaker tub, dual vanities and walk in closet. LARGE fenced backyard has plenty of seating and an InfraRED Charbroil Gas BBQ. It's only 10 minutes to The Villiage (Meridian's Premier Mall and Entertainment Epicenter) and 8 minutes to the airport. Located in quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.

Excellent location! This home is in a great neighborhood and is within minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Perfect for our family..plenty of room for everyone. The kids were super excited about the donuts and muffins we found upon arrival and it was wonderful for breakfast the next morning. We had a great stay!

Overall the stay was pretty nice. The property is older and in need of some updating, in particular the paint, carpet and HVAC. The master bed was small and uncomfortable and the AC was pretty underwhelming. A lot of little things needed repair but it was just that, minor. The pet friendly part was awesome! Our dog and kids loved the back yard. The neighborhood park was gorgeous! The host was super awesome and easy to communicate with and gets a 5 star rating for his communication! I absolutely recommend this property but it could be so much better with a little love given to it.

Great house and house! Will 100% stay again!

The place is great. The owner goes above and beyond. There were donuts and muffins when we checked in. They really think about the needs of the guests by having shampoo and conditioners, nice air fresheners, and quality toilet paper (I think cottonelle). The beds were all comfortable. The owner set up portable A/C in the larger upstairs rooms which was needed because it was near 100 degrees when we were there. There were lots of fans for throughout the house. There was also baby gear if needed. The owner was great at communications and even let us check in early. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Place

Good and not so good

Good-Clean living room and bathrooms, nice backyard, SUPER comfortable couches in the living room, great washer and dryer, Tons of towels (but zero kitchen dishcloths or towels ), plenty of dishes, but very few appliances. Very nice fireplace, lovely Christmas tree, very nice neighborhood Not so good-Beds are pretty old and uncomfortable (very squeaky and lumpy) and bed linens and pillows are old and should likely be replaced. The front closet had piles of stuff in it, as did the garage. Nothing organized neatly – honestly it looked like it was all just thrown in there. Kitchen drawers and cabinets need a good cleaning. Tons of crumbs and sticky stuff, and drawers and storage cubes throughout the house full of broken odds and ends (couldn’t find a single game with all the pieces-monopoly had 1/2 the board missing). The refrigerator was very nice and clean and did not have tons of half used condiments like so many homes, but the freezer was very dirty and had half used bags of ice in there that looked like they had been there a very long time. A deep cleaning of the kitchen and getting rid of all the old stuff might be in order. We spent most of our time in the living room because the couches were so comfortable, but would likely not stay again for the price.

BSU game with family extended family

Our son's heart recipient and his family met us in Meridian/Boise to attend a BSU game, visited the Old Penitentiary and the quaint little town, Idaho City, and spending time together as an exteded/blended family. The home was perfect for all 10 of us. The owners had donuts and muffins waiting for us to dig in! The kitchen was well stocked with spices and appliances. Pretty much anything you would need. We also requested(last minute) an extra bed to be set up. It was all ready when we checked in. The hosts are very receptive and reply promptly. I highly recommend this home.

Everything was great! Very comfortable and convenient home. It had everything we needed. Only thing we needed more of was bath towels. For some reason we only had 5 towels and needed 7, one for each guest

Great vacation

This was the perfect with the absolute best host. We have stayed in several Vrbo/Aibnb homes and this was by far the best. Upon arrival there were special touches that we have never received before. Made our stay all that more enjoyable!

Our stay in Jon's home was everything we'd hoped it would be. We traveled to Boise for a reunion vacation with family and the house was perfect for our needs. I was excited to see all the positive reviews, and I'm happy to add mine. The property is exactly as described, so clean and incredibly convenient to interstate. We loved how close the property was to grocery stores, coffee shops, and shopping. The neighborhood is beautiful, with walkaways and plenty of green space. Jon was very communicative and extremely kind. We fell in love with all that the Boise area had to offer. We truly had the best week.When we get to Boise again, we'd love to stay here again. I would highly recommend this property to other visitors.

Great location

Spacious clean home in quiet upscale neighborhood. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen well stocked, large refrigerator, kureg and drip coffee pot. Bedrooms on second floor adding to privacy if needed. Large kitchen table and comfortable family room furniture. Every type restaurant within short driving distance. Certainly 5 star!

Love this house!

This super clean, roomy house is nicely equipped with everything we needed and the owner goes above and beyond when it comes to communication and welcoming touches. The neighborhood is wonderful and is close to stores and restaurants. There's even a beautiful little park a short walk away. This property is definitely a favorite of ours in the Meridian area.

Quiet, safe and comfortable! The Host provided nearly everything a family could need! There was even a high chair for our grandson and board games for the family! Very thoughtful Host who was friendly, quick communication and offered us early checkin with surprise Doughnuts and Muffins! The house was spacious with plenty of room for family of six plus a baby so we all could spread out and have our own space or gather comfortably in the living room or at the dining table. Fenced in back yard for kids to play and a bbq with two picnic tables for outdoor dining. It is truly one of the best places we have stayed where the host put thoughts into everything a family could need or want. Definitely looking forward to booking again!!
