Creekfront on the Yellow Breeches — room for the whole group!
Set right on the banks of the Yellow Breeches Creek, this 3-bedroom home sleeps 8 with space for everyone to spread out. Two primary suites, each with a private en-suite, make it easy for two couples or multiple generations to share without crowding. The third bedroom sleeps three more, and a foldable queen is available on request.
The heart of the home is an open living, dining, and kitchen space with an oversized sectional and 86" smart TV, built for meals together and easy evenings in. A three-season porch overlooks the water, where bald eagles, herons, deer, and owls are regular visitors.
Outside, the deck and backyard open directly to the creek. Four kayaks with paddles and life jackets are ready at the water, fishing gear is provided, and the firepit, BBQ grill, and lawn games (cornhole, bocce, horseshoes) keep all ages busy. Kids under 12 wear life jackets on the water.
The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking: espresso machine, coffee maker and grinder (coffee provided), air fryer, crockpot, blender, food processor, and full cookware. Board games and movie nights round out the evenings.
Layout details for planners:
Both primary suites have a King or Cal-King with en-suite (one downstairs with a shower, one upstairs with shower and tub). The upstairs suites are loft-style with separate stair entrances and do not connect, which gives privacy across the group. The third bedroom has a Queen plus a Full. The upstairs bedrooms are loft-style and do not have doors.
