- No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. If you are found violating this rule, you will be fined a $250 cleaning fee. You may smoke outside. Please pick up any cigarette butts and dispose of them properly.

- No parties are permitted on the property. If you are found violating this rule, you will be fined a minimum of $500 and any damage to the property.
