Renovated in 2025 to a very high standard , Villa Belica is a stunning 4 bedroom Bohinj chalet sleeping up to 10 people in a spectacular position just a few minutes drive from Lake Bohinj and a huge range of river, lake & mountain activities. Located on the edge of a delightful, peaceful village of weekend chalets, on one side of the chalet is a beautiful secluded deck and lawned garden enclosed by forest and a stream, on the other side a wonderful view of Triglav, Slovenia's highest mountain and the Julian Alps. The chalet offers 4 bedrooms (one ensuite , one with balcony) large living room with wood burner leading out to the terrace, fully equipped double height kitchen-diner, two bathrooms and additional WC, plus second living room with sofabed in the basement. Panoramic windows create beautiful bright living spaces with views of nature and blurring the lines of inside-outside living. The garden offers a beautiful lawn, a unique hardwood deck with top of the range wood fired hot tub (Summer rentals only) , firepit and outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and external seating. The villa is in same village as the lovely Villa Polje , Chalet Ceri & Villa Frida giving an excellent option for groups of up to 30 when rented together.

Entering the ground floor there is an entry room and WC. Turning right leads to the living room with woodburner and huge bifold windows on two sides giving great mountain views and connection with outside spaces. Corridors on either side of the room lead to the double height kitchen, with kitchen island and dining area with bifold doors leading to the terrace. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Downstairs is a heating room / laundry room as well as a second living room / snug, perfect for kids to have a space to call their own or for watching a film and for use as an additional bedroom (double sofabed). On the first floor is the master bedroom with balcony offering jaw dropping mountain views. There is a twin kids room as well as a gallery bedroom overlooking the dining room with a niche area with a double bed separated from the main part of the gallery. On this floor there is a comfortable family bathroom with bath and shower. The best is saved for the garden which offers a uniquely shaped hardwood deck adjoining the house, outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and external seating. Paths lead to a raised firepit and a top of the range hot tub (Summer only and subject to water availability - hot tub is filled from rainwater reservoir and treated with UV filter) set in a lovely undulating lawn. The garden is enclosed on one side by forest and a stream ensuring peace , seclusion and connection to nature.
