"The staff were amazing and went so far beyond what you could expect. When the trains to Tashkent were full, the staff called a contact they had at the station to get me a special ticket for the next day!. The rooms were spotless and the location is only a simple taxi ride to the old town (2 mins). The breakfast was very healthy and too much food for me! I would recommend the hotel to anyone and would definitely stay again."
