We were aware about the check-in time and that’s the reason why we made everything to arrive at 3 PM at they said they were going to give us a room at that time but regardless once at 3 PM in the apartment, the host told us that they had a problem with the cleaning and unfortunately the room was not going to be delivered at on time in 20 minutes after being waiting in the lobby we saw the cleaning person arriving so we have to wait around two hours to receive our room being tired and with no answer about any updates from the host.this was very annoying because we were traveling since very early in the morning and we had a long trip and arriving to. This was not pleasant at all that otherwise the location of the place was nice, but they must clarify that the apartment that they are listing in the pictures is not the one that you are receiving because they have two type of apartment listed and they don’t specify what you are going to receive so to not have surprises they should inform about what place are you going to be staying to be sure of what you will receive
