Yes, you may receive visitors. However, any guest not included in the reservation who stays overnight will incur an immediate additional charge.

For filming or photoshoots, a special rate applies. Please inquire in advance if you plan to carry out any of these activities, as doing so without prior authorization may result in a fine.

Important Notice to Guests:

As mandated by building management and to ensure everyone’s safety, all visitors must be authorized with their full name and ID number through this Airbnb chat, from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Outside of these hours, visitor entry will NOT be allowed.

Please note that all visitors must leave the apartment by 10:00 p.m. If a visitor is found to remain after that time, an automatic charge of $30.96 USD per person will apply.

It’s important to highlight that the guest is responsible for their visitors’ entry. Additionally, visitors must be accompanied by the guest when leaving the building; otherwise, they will not be allowed to exit.
