"I am extremely disappointed with how management handled a simple billing error during our Mother's Day weekend trip to Fort Wayne. Due to a geographic mix-up, I accidentally double-booked and ended up staying at a different Best Western property in Fort Wayne for my May 8-10 trip. "Be careful with your belongings!!! The manager opened my door while I was in the bed!!! Never knocked!!! I got up she closed the door then asked if I need service!!! "I almost never take time to give a bad review, but in this case, I think it’s fair for potential customers to know information. Firstly, I’d like to point out, there was a very nice young woman who did try to help. Other than that, we were disappointed in our stay and will not be going back. The room smelled of smoke. The mattress was covered in cheap plastic, so the thin sheets slid off easily. The bed covering was very very thin. The air conditioner worked, but was loud and covered in dust....
