This was the worst hotel we went to in turkey. All they had was false advertisement. They said they “have market” and “water park for kids”, both were shut down. They said they were not in season when I asked. Meanwhile on their instagram they are posting they are in season (see screenshot). I had to go to the market numerous times because the drinks and amenities they had were so limited. I even tried to tell staff, where is market it is on the sign (see photo) - they said ohh well actually not around.
Not only that - the buffet had bugs in the food ! None of staff spoke English, which no worries I understand but it was so hard to talk to anyone, and they said they did have English speakers.
Lastly, my husband and I called ahead of time and asked if the spa takes credit card. He gets done his massage and they go actually we don’t sorry , making us go to the market again. I spent $109 on taxis alone.
EVERY OTHER HOTEL IN BODRUM LOOKED NICER ! HAD BUGS IN FOOD. SAID THEYRE NOT IN SEASON WHEN THEY ARE!
