"The 1st room we had was not clean. The couch bed was full of crumbs. They nicely changed us to another room and it was very good. The hot tub wasn't bubbling when we turned it on and there were ants along the pool. We liked the breakfast and still had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly."

"Room was not clean,paint was peeling very badly above shower falling pcs of paint in shower. Hallway and elevator was not cleaned. Parking lot was very dark not safe. I didn’t know this area so I picked the hotel on its name feeling it would be a good choice. I definitely over paid thinking it be a good choice but I was definitely wrong I could have stayed much cheaper in a different hotel. I was disappointed and will not stay in this brand hotel ever again."

"We have been staying at this place since it opened. Probably 25-30 times. It started as Zinc’s Inn. Back then it was more accommodating than now. They had snacks every night and the people could talk and play games and just socialize. I asked if they still had snacks. They said that because of Covid they stopped this. Covid was over many years ago. Just an excuse to save money. They no longer have the cards that they stamped that if you stayed so many nights you could get a free night. They no...
