"I found most of the reception staff to be helpful; however, my overall experience was disappointing. The check-in process was significantly delayed. I arrived around 1:30am after traveling, and unfortunately, the room keys did not work. Being unable to access my room for nearly an hour after a long journey was quite frustrating. "Staff doing our check in wasn’t happy to be there and put us in the wrong room. Found out later that staff had entered our room thinking it was empty. Other than that the room was great, comfortable beds and clean. "

"So despite its name, this is not a hotel. It is definitely a motel and that is how it should be filtered on Expedia. Parking was annoying- Expedia description states that there is a parking garage with which the motel has a relationship and this was not available on our visit so we had to find parking in a busy area. Also, a freight train line runs behind this property which is quite loud. There is also a bar nearby that is quite loud at night. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. ...
