"Loved staying at this property - close to Foxwoods but not as expensive. Plenty of parking. Very nice staff. Clean room. Pool was smallish but kids loved it anyway! Would stay again."

"I'll start with the good. The staff was mostly helpful and pleasant. The A/C worked fine. There was a bus that ran in the evenings to the casino, but only two nights a week. "I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...

"My friend and I decided to stay here for a week in June. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the property has a lot of separate buildings on it which makes it very pleasant. It is really easy to walk to downtown Mystic, no worries about parking your car! We drove to Misquamicut Beach almost everyday, the drive is easy and about 25 minutes long. Before we left, we booked our room for next year!"

"The property needs a bit of a cleanup. They are doing renovations so that could be why it didn’t look the best. The room was ok, could definitely been a bit cleaner. The worst was the stairway to get to the room smelled awful & the rug was very dirty. The staff we interacted with were very polite."

"We had a very disappointing stay. The hotel did not feel safe at all, and the overall condition of the property was poor. The room was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The building is very old, outdated, and feels more like a neglected motel than a hotel. We were uncomfortable throughout our stay and did not feel secure. The breakfast was very limited and below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to other travelers."
