This log cabin is located high up on the edge of the village of Ovanmyra and just a few kilometres from a ski resort.
The house has a living space of approximately 65 m² and can accommodate up to four people. It has four beds divided into two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The holiday home also has a spacious bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, cooker, wood-burning stove, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The dining table is also located here.
A large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is available and the large patio offers good opportunities for dining or simply enjoying the evening sun. Bed linen and towels can be rented and made beds can be booked on arrival. Final cleaning can also be booked.
WiFi has been available in the house since spring 2020. Bicycles can also be rented on site. There is another house on the farm that can be rented.
A grocery shop, petrol station and café are available near your accommodation. Ovanmyra is only about 15 kilometres from Rättvik by the Siljan Sea. This area has a unique character, created by a large meteorite impact. The village is slightly higher up and with many marked hiking trails, it is particularly suitable for cycling, horse riding and hiking. Some hiking trails are only about 100 metres from the hut. Cross-country skiing is very good at "Gammelgården" about 3 km north of the cottage. In Sörskog towards Falun there are also several cross-country skiing trails. Alpine skiing is possible in Rättvik Bjursås and Grönklitt. There is also a waterfall, which is always an interesting attraction.
