  • Relax & enjoy pristine harborside water views from this light-filled, well-equipped, newly renovated & furnished condo. Explore the charming village of Boca Grande with it's Old Florida vibe of quaint boutiques, art galleries, restaurants offering up fresh local seafood, fishing/boating excursions and more. The crown jewel of Gasparilla Island though are the unspoiled beaches & crystal clear Gulf waters...truly paradise.
    The master bedroom suite includes a King bed with a view of the coastal waters, flat screen smart TV, dresser, closet space and adjoining master bath with tub /shower. Remote controlled room darkening solar shades provide you with whichever light you prefer during your stay. The living room includes a comfortable queen sofa bed and an open floor plan allowing for all to sit comfortably around the dinner table and livingroom and enjoy the water views or watch the evening news on the flat screen smart TV. There's all new kitchen appliances, cabinetry and the kitchen is fully equipped including a kuerig. The condo also has a private washer/dryer.

    There is Marina dockage and rental slips at Uncle Henry’s Marina right next door...there you can also schedule or get picked up for fishing excursions. And you will conveniently find Kappy’s General Store as you go out the back pedestrian gate...this gate also leads to the golf cart path which extends 7 miles...the entire length of the island. Golf cart rentals are available both at the Boca Grande Club and Kappy’s. There is golf cart parking and a boat storage area on the property.

    The property is part of the Boca Grande Club with it's many amenities including it's private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy beach lounge chairs and umbrellas at the water's edge, pool with complimentary towels, hot tub, tiki bar with poolside drinks and food service, 8 har-tru tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness facility, and 2 newly renovated restaurants with beach views floor to ceiling. The Club also rents golf carts and bicycles and offers programs such as yoga, water aerobics, tennis lessons and fitness training.
    ****Please read house rules regarding Boca Grande Club membership before making reservation****
    Your reservation will include temporary guest membership at The Boca Grande Club. This membership will cover the booking guest and a spouse/partner & kids under the age of 21. If you have additional guests, you will be responsible for those guest fees ($80/day/guests over age 21.)
    The guest making the reservation will need to complete a separate Boca Grande Club Registration form. This will be e-mailed to you after the reservation is made. If it is not completed, you will not be able to come through the main gate.
    While at the Club office you can also receive recommendations on restaurants, shopping, fishing & boating excursions and other activities.

The view was fantastic facing the Marina and the play area of the manatees! Super convenient to BG club which is amazing esp for the fitness facility, beach and tiki bar. Gail and H. were super attentive and handled any requests we had. Great get-a-way!

The condo was lovely and well stocked. I would definitely stay there again. Gail was great to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would also like to say that it is one of my favorite locations that I have ever been to in Florida. I hope to get back there soon and would absolutely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our little get away thoroughly! The access to the bigger amenities while staying away tucked in the sound was perfect. Comfy bed, clean linens, and well stocked kitchen. The beach chairs umbrella service included with the stay was amazing and made going to the beach a breeze ; we found so many whole sand dollars and shells! This is our first trip to this area and we surely will be back! Communication was great with owner thank you! Bri

The condo was great! It had everything we needed and the communication for the club info was much appreciated! No main clubhouse pool due to renovation but we had the marina pool all to ourselves every day after coming back from the beach! We saw dolphins and manatees swimming in the marina most days. Great boat ride to Cabbage Key with Tan man charters and plenty of golf cart rides to get ice cream at the pink pony! We are very thankful for a great family trip!

Everything was great, our host provided great information. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Boca Grande.We enjoyed views of a marina, sunrise and watching the moon rise. Everything was very clean and organized.

Gail was a perfect host. Super helpful, professional, and prompt. The condo was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The private marina views are stunning. We enjoyed the quiet beaches, restaurants and the Boca Grand Club.

Perfect.quiet, private, super warm pool, always had it to ourselves, access to the hotel and private beach, awesome gym, Gail was beyond accommodating - let us checkout late and was just so super nice. We can’t wait to return!!!

Condo and facilities were awesome. The only thing I was disappointed in was the Marina view. It was great but there are no outdoor seating areas between condo and marina to see the beautiful sunrise.

The condo was beautiful and the view even better. It was very quiet in Marina Village and I loved that. Gail was great to work with she sent me everything right on time. I had a complete understanding of all details.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo in Boca Grande! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect as we brought our boat and it was only a short walk down to the dock at the marina. It was a quick drive into Boca Grande for lunch and dinner too! We were grateful for the care the hosts put into their property

Beautiful Unit in a Great Location

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and communication with the owner/manager was friendly and prompt. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. and the bedding was comfortable. Great location on the island.

Boca Grande getaway

Wonderful up to date one bedroom unit with full kitchen. Great view of the marina, with manatees and dolphins. Comfortable king size bed, and attentive hosts! Short drive to the clubhouse, pool, tiki bar, and beach. It is walkable to the clubhouse, and if you prefer to rent a golf cart the paths take you in to the Boca Grande shopping and dining areas as well.

Check in was a breeze and the condo was spacious, clean and well stocked with all the necessities! Harold and Gail were very gracious and always available for questions. The view of the sun rising in the harbor was breathtaking. Boca Grande far exceeded my expectations and the staff at Boca Grande Club were amazing. Food on the Island-Top notch. I will certainly book my stay here again next year. This was truly an incredible vacation. Thanks Harold and Gail!
