Great location, friendly staff and overall a nice experience. The room is very basic.

Un tuffo nel fascino retrò nel pieno centro di Bruxelles. Il Craves Hotel è una struttura davvero particolare e curata nei minimi dettagli. L'atmosfera in perfetto stile dark art déco lascia intravedere gli anni della struttura, ma il fascino resta immutato e la pulizia di tutti gli ambienti è semplicemente impeccabile. La posizione centralissima è in assoluto uno dei punti di forza più grandi, ideale per girare la città a piedi senza alcuna difficoltà. Alcuni dettagli utili per chi soggiorna: * La colazione: Discreta e con prodotti di buona qualità, anche se un po' ripetitiva e con poca varietà. * Il bagno: Rappresenta l'unica vera nota dolente della stanza. La conformazione rende quasi impossibile fare una doccia senza allagare il pavimento. Il Craves è un albergo che ha sicuramente vissuto fasti migliori, ma che conserva ancora un gran carattere e tanto da dire. Nel complesso, la sosta di qualche giorno è stata estremamente piacevole. Consigliato per chi cerca atmosfera e comodità!

It took quite a while to finally get the circuit breaker fixed for our room. My husband says you should create a map of circuit breakers because they are scattered all over the hotel & in fact ours was in a locked closet in our room so that’s what caused the delay with getting it fixed. I certainly didn’t mean a 1 star rating. That was a mistake. I’m not sure how that happened. I give a 4 star rating. And other than this delayed response to getting out circuits fixed I give a high rating for the staff. Comfortable mattress. Full wall of windows. Beautiful full length velvet grey drapes, spacious room. Pretty breakfast room. A month later we are missing you all from California!
