"Older property but very nicely renovated."

"The sink wouldn't drain. The toilet didn't always flush. The bathtub was stained. The ice machine didn't work. There wasn't always someone at the front desk. But the air conditioner was good and cold."

"Clever and lovely cabin. The cabins are set just off a parking lot, but mine (The Schoolhouse) was really nice, seeming pretty new, good amenities like the big square showerhead. I liked the firm bed. I liked the Kuerig; just wanted decaf pods. Unusual place but worth it."

"Even though we really needed to cancel for Dr's visits, we got everything rescheduled and went on our trip. We really enjoyed it. People just need to understand their cancellation policy. Other than that, it was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed, and the people were really kind. Everything was spotless. We will definitely go back."

"Owner is super nice, the hotel is always clean and the breakfast is actually very generous. I've stayed multiple times and will continue to do so when I'm driving through."

"Make sure you do not stay anywhere near the lobby or pool. Thin walls and extremely loud."

"Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We slept well. I rated staff 3 as we only had interactions with 1 staff person who couldn't answer questions because "I don't live here". He didn't offer any help at all about places to have dinner. We only saw this staff person at check in and didn't see any other staff at any time. Check out was accomplished by placing key cards in a box. We did not have breakfast."

"Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were great. My husband enjoyed breakfast. Our dog Percy enjoyed his stay too."

"Got there around 1:30 or so. Rang bell no employee. Went in and out of hotel 3 times same thing. I saw someone pull up I said no one at desk. She was an employee I assume. She said couldn't check in till 3:00 unless we paid additional $25. This is first hotel I arrived at within reason and had this policy. When went for breakfast only couple sips coffee left. Told employee who was very nice and because coffee came frozen had several minutes wait. That too was our first."

"Expedia scammed me out of $61.00. Do not use; beware!!!! Got to super 8 and they wanted $100.00 cash. Both are scammers!! So I had to drive 45 more miles even though Expedia wouldn’t refund or help with this situation. I will never use Expedia again!!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well. Coffee only at the office."
