Find comfort, relaxation, and the best of modern mountain living at Overlook Oasis in North Georgia! This lovely vacation home offers scenic mountain and tree-studded views, the conveniences of home, and space to spend quality time with family and friends. It offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 4 guests.

At Overlook Oasis, you can enjoy the best of the outdoors – without leaving the cabin. Soak away stress in the bubbling outdoor hot tub on the deck, have a drink and a meal at the outdoor table, chat by the fire table, or get comfortable in the hammock! The high-top table is nice for drinks and chats or your morning coffee. There are also rocking chairs, a porch swing, and a grill for barbecues.

Back inside, cozy up in the living room that features a sofa in front of the fireplace, reclining seats, and a flatscreen TV on the wall. Watch shows and easily grab snacks in the nearby kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a kitchen table, dishes and glassware, and cooking tools. You'll also have a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable TV!

*4WD or AWD is highly recommended to access this property as roads can be challenging.

Everything was great besides one thing . The king size bed definitely needs a new mattress you sink so far In you can barely move. Other than that everything is great !

The cabin was wonderful for a girls reading weekend! We chose this location for the many, many seating options, how comfy the seating looked, and the views. Every single thing exceeded expectations. The hot tub was in fantastic shape - you do definitely need 2 people for the cover though!My only recommendation is if you’re particular about your music, bring a speaker! There ARE speakers in the living room and by the hot tub, but they’re not Bluetooth compatible. That being said, it was kind of fun to play around with radio stations again! And there is still a Spotify option as well on the TV in the living room (neither of us used the TVs in the bedrooms). There is a Keurig that makes both the K-cup pods and a full pot of coffee. There were a few filters provided for the pot of coffee option, but heads up, no bean grinder. Personally I only used K-Cups, but my sister-in-law has gotten used to the one attached to the coffee machine she’s using now - so if you bring whole beans, just bring your own grinder :) The entire house was spotlessly clean, and the evening before check-out day, we received a clear communication on what the expectations were for departing. Sheets stripped and left on the bed, towels in the bath, and trash in the very conveniently located ridge box that just has a flip lock to ensure bears don’t get in. Also ideally done with 2 people - 1 to open the bin and 1 to throw the bag in, but it is very nicely a soft-close bin! I can’t wait to book again!

The cabin was perfect. The cabin has all one needs and then more. Beautifully decorated for Christmas…an unexpected pleasure! Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect mountain getaway. Read reviews, all the complaints are valid to a point. Remember everyone is not happy. I loved it. Check-in required a pic of credit card. First time thought it was a scam. Then threaten to lose your reservations if you don’t comply.Still had a great time.

We were very happy to get away and enjoyed the beautiful views and Autumn colors. Cabin was just average. The mattress in the main bedroom was sagging so badly that we slept in the 2nd bedroom. It should have been replaced years ago. The kitchen had many pots and pans but most were scratched or rusted. We had to scrub a few before using. It was disappointing. We bought firewood in town since they do not supply it. The lights on the second floor deck looked amazing in the photos but we could not get them to turn on. When we asked property mgr they told us to "plug them in".... (the outlets were on the roof of the deck!) we climbed up and made sure all was plugged in, but no lights worked. :( We appreciated the clean bathrooms, but all in all it was simply just ok. They were vacant the night before but we were told we could only check in before 4pm if we paid an early check in fee of 65 I rarely write poor reviews, so this was difficult to write. At the end of the day- we love Blue Ridge and staying in cabins (we have stayed in many over the years) but this one was not a good find.

Weekend with family

The property is nice and in a good location near Blue Ridge. Our biggest issue was the road getting to the property. The gravel road is very narrow with large ruts and potholes. Just be prepared, we were not expecting it. The only warning was you need 4 wheel drive in the winter.

Perfect size for the celebration of our 30th anniversary! Had a couple of challenges with high winds and power loss, but we managed through it!

We enjoyed our time there. Hot tub was wonderful and the views were great. A couple of suggestions....the air conditioner filter needs to be replaced and the king bed was not very comfortable. We are not heavy people but we created big sink holes in the mattress when we were laying on it.

Cabin stay

We really enjoyed the cabin with one exception. The master bedroom mattress was sunk and is due to be replaced. Our first night in that bed was so uncomfortable we had to switch to the 2nd bedroom the following night.

We enjoyed our stay here! The views are amazing! Definitely recommend all wheel drive! My only wish is that we could access the bottom balcony from the house itself. When using the hot tub, you have to take the stairs on either side of the balcony to go up to the top level to get back inside. In fall/spring it wouldn’t be too bad, but in the winter with the wind and cold is rough!
