The drive up to the cabin is beautiful, some areas are gravel, and some are steep but paved, as expected in this mountain area. The driveway is flat with enough space for 2 vehicles. Most vehicles will have no trouble with the drive but 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months in the event of inclement weather.

A starter pack including paper products, shampoo/soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee/tea, creamers & sweeteners are provided. This is intended to last 2-3 days, if your stay is longer, please be aware and bring the necessary essentials to last your vacation.

Please note, the hot tub is cleaned, drained and refilled after every guest. If another guest checked out the same day that you are arriving, it may not be hot until the evening.

We, as a business, cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of travel insurance for all planned vacations. Travel insurance will protect your investment in the event of a weather event.

There is one security camera facing the driveway. No private areas are under surveillance.

Our host was very responsive and helpful! The location was exactly what we were looking for close to Blue Ridge, and Ellijay, but secluded enough for privacy. I absolutely loved the hot tub, and having a special vent heater in the bathroom. Everything was very clean, and well stocked. We would definitely book again!

Fantastic little cabin in Cherry Log area, not far from Blue Ridge and was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed trying out the Game Table as well as the Hot Tub/Firepit every night we were there. Kitchen was well maintained and bathroom was clean, everything was great.

Amazing Getaway & Mountain Experience

Very relaxing private getaway vacation as me and my wife enjoyed such great sunrises and views of mountains from porch and hot tub. Super clean cozy log cabin as host provided highest quality of customer service. Seen black bear and so much wildlife, highly recommend this experience.

Gorgeous and cozy!

Beautiful, cozy cabin. Loved the peaceful vibe and the gorgeous view from the porch. Enjoyed the hot tub, the game table and fire pit. Perfect cabin to enjoy family time. The Benton MacKaye Trail was a perfect touch to our stay. The trail was close by with stunning vegitation and a water stream.

Anniversary getaway

Clean cabin. Perfect size for the two of us. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the rain. The road up is narrow and winding but fun to drive. Got to see a mama bear and cub. We would stay here again.

Very Relaxing Stay

Booked this cabin to get away from the city and it was the perfect spot! Extremely comfortable beds and has everything you need for a relaxing couple’s getaway. We loved the hot tub overlooking the mountains. Even though our weather was a little humid, we were able to get a glimpse of fall, which is exactly what we needed.

Amazing

The cabin and the view are both amazing. It was the perfect size and everything was well laid out. The road going to the cabin is quite steep, but definitely don’t let that deter you, it’s worth the trip.
